I had a really incredible experience with Kailey cakes. I ordered a character cake for my sons first birthday. My mother picked up the cake and really didn’t check it and when I got the cake in front of me I didn’t feel like it was what I understood I was getting and I felt really disappointed. Maybe my communication could have been better on what exactly I was expecting- either way in the moment I was extremely upset. I called the store in frenzy and was probably not the nicest I’ve ever been however this business handled the issue beautifully. Never once was I made to feel invalidated and all they wanted to know was what they could do to make me happy. By the end of the conversation I was bawling and telling them it was fine because we were close to an hour away. THEY DROVE 45 MINUTES to my home to make sure that my sons cake was exactly how I wanted it. They have my business for life, and I am so grateful that this is a company that truly cares for their customers.

We had a 50 person wedding at Cheekwood and ordered a two tier vanilla cake with cheesecake filling and cream cheese buttercream as our wedding cake. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! There was not an empty dessert plate at our reception, and so many guests raved about how delicious the cake was days after the wedding was over. This is a wedding cake that needs to be cut and served, trust me! Do not hesitate to order with Kailey Cakes. Amazing communication, service, and cake!
