Drive thru menu had no light so we had to go inside. Inside was very dirty and desolate. This place needs a visit and restoration.

Small restaurant located right off the exit. It sucked turning in here and exiting to the main flow of traffic. I visited 3 times before leaving my review.
The chicken was always prepared well. So that's a plus. Served hot and the chicken count was always correct. I can not say the same about the sides. For some reason if you order a meal deal, they seem to forget the biscuit. People want what they paid for. Stop leaving off parts of the meal. If you want ketchup, better ask for it, even if you have ordered fries. I got the tender meal on my last visit, no biscuit, no ketchup for the fries, and was never asked what sauce to go with the tenders.
Unless you're in a hurry or this location is a last resort, skip this one and check out the other locations.

This KFC attention sucks. I waited to order for around 15 mins while all the workers were in the parking lot smocking…. When I left, one of the workers LAUGHED AT ME. Wow!!!! You should fired them all.

Everything was great! My only problem was my dessert wasn't packaged with my delivery. I had my mind set on it! I was able to get a refund from Door Dash.
Not sure if it is a reflection of folks working there, but I’ve been going to KFC for 20 years and clearly there is a decline. Wish the folks there at the best.

Don’t pull up thinking you’re abt to get any food before 11. I went at 9 because obviously the website and signs on site at the store says 7am-10pm. I waited abt 5 mins at the speaker box and a lady came out the back said they’re not open… I was like okay when do yall open? She said “like 1030 11 and our Drive thru speaker don’t work so u gotta come in” it’s already hell turning into their parking lot coming from the McDonald’s way down the street. Just letting the owners know how lousy their business is.

Well, I was very hungry and wanted to eat a delicious chicken but apparently there was no one in this place, it was open and the employees outside were smoking and inside everything was dirty and inside there was another customer and I was waiting, the employees came in and they didn't wash their hands. hands and a man with his pants very low on his waist, please if you don't like your job go home and stay there, very lazy people and 0 good service, I don't recommend the place now

Please pay more attention to the employees, go buy at this place on Murfresboro Pike in Franklin and the employees are all smoking outside and when they entered only one person washed their hands and please pay attention. In the employees with their pants very low on their waist, a very nice area for these things to happen, obviously I left without buying anything, Employees take care of their work and especially their appearance, thank you

Waited an additional 45 minutes past the quoted finish time for a mobile order. No idea how this is fast food but we were also missing a dessert and very little concern from staff or kfc directly. The food was delicious and it is a shame that this was our final chance given to kfc. Declined horribly over the years at the 2 locations we frequent; the 2nd one has closed.
