The craft beer room or whatever it’s called is massive but was dead on the night I came. Food took forever and I think I ordered a sandwich. There were two managers, two bartenders, three servers and all seemed oblivious that the kitchen was taking forever. Pro tip — if you see a table is waiting more than 30 mins for food, 1) Go to the kitchen and find out what’s up and 2) Reassure the patron and apologize for the delay. Neither of these happened and after 50 mins of waiting, my food finally arrived. Different story if they were slammed or understaffed but that wasn’t the case. Just laziness, and I’m never going back because of it.

Came in with the crew for March Madness. Had a great time! Set up a booking a few weeks ago for our company March Madness watch party. I was greeted on arrival by the General Manager. The staff treated us like celebrities! Food was soooo good!! Tuna Ahi at a sportsbar! Delicious!!!! We will be back Friday to watch UT make the final 8!!! This spot is the Vols good luck charm!

1st time at King Bowl for a work get together. Service was non existent! We sat at the bar while my colleagues bowled. It wasn't that busy for a Saturday but the girl behind the bar was oblivious to me and my husband which were sitting and waiting to give our drink order. Finally after 15 or so minutes we ordered our drinks. Then we waited AGAIN to give our food order which took forever to receive for not being very busy. We waited patiently for our bill but the girl disappeared from behind the bar for what seemed to be quite awhile! Once she reappeared we received our bill I noticed there was a gratuity charge already added to the bill for 18%! I can understand if it was a party of 5 or more but for a party of 2! Unacceptable! This explains why the service is non existent because their adding the gratuity to the bill so they get their tip regardless no need to give great service! Right? WRONG! The Customer decides on how much tip to give depending on the service! Then on the bill it has a space for Addtl tip! WOW the nerve of this business! I am normally a generous tipper 20% for so so service but 25% to 35% for exceptional service! This girl was a disgrace to Customer Service! Plus I tip in cash so they don't have to claim it but since it was already on my bill she has to claim the tip on her taxes! Who lost out here? Will NEVER visit this establishment again!

Celebrated my daughters engagement here. Great food and service! General Manager went out of his way to accommodate our last minute reservation and get us in to bowl after hearing my son in law and daughter had their first date here!
We hosted a birthday party for our 12 year old and the staff went above and beyond!

The actual lanes suuuuuck. Have they ever been oiled?? Ever? If you are coming to bowl, don't. If you are coming to hang out and there just happens to be some ball rolling with some stick things on the other end, this might be for you.
