I think their store is a little dirty can use some upgrades. I respect and like their pharmacy very good people very patient and very knowledgeable.

I tried to call the store and speak to a manager three times and also the dairy department. Was never connected to anyone. Our son in law purchased this milk for his one year old daughter. He bought it on 11/26. The carton is dated 12/22. She became Sick with fever, diarrhea and vomiting after consuming. They then realized the milk was sour despite being sold with a date of 12/22. I have contacted the company and posted a warning on next door. No ability to speak to anyone at this store. Feel bad that others may be sickened.

Unfortunately not the best things to say about this location. While yes, staff are very kind and helpful, and it's a convenient location, that's it. Relatively dingy and dirty, shelves constantly not stocked. Seafood counter is literally EMTPY (clean, not one thing out for purchase) more times than not. And recently I've noticed that certain parts of the store smell of weed, so someone is smoking somewhere. My closest Kroger location so I'll still go for certain items, but will never be my go to store as they have a lot of work to do to up their game.

I am a Kroger guy at heart, so having this location so close to the office is fantastic for those after work trips to scoop up dinner! Located in the very busy area on Mallory alongside other major retailers and a few local spots, this Kroger location is convenient and a hassle at the same time. For the most part this is an old style Kroger that features a lot of interior upgrades. The footprint is smaller, but due to the way it is laid out, it flows just as well as some of the bigger stores. I really enjoy the perimeter aisles and specialty sections as they are the spaces that have seen the most updates. The store is decently stocked, well maintained and clean. Good amount of carts inside, even though I do wish all Kroger's would purchase more of the small 2-basket carts!!! Service is always good here and the register set-up for check out is efficient. Overall, this is not my neighborhood location near my house, but it is my office neighborhood Kroger, which I am good with!

I always like this store. A smaller version of a Kroger but the staff is usually friendly and helpful. Shout out to Wolf, Terry and Ryan who do a great job running the front end. If you need something they will get it for you.

I have shopped here many times...it is the closest grocery store to my home. There have been so very many issues here...out of stocks, wrong pricing, etc. Yesterday, I placed a pick-up order and "assumed" that I would receive a receipt digatally. I did not. And, after contacting Customer Service, I still haven't received a receipt for my purchase. Would anybody accept a purchase without a receipt?

This location is older but the check out process is always much faster than any of the other Krogers in Franklin/Brentwood. This Kroger always has the "express" lane open while other locations do not. The employees are always kind and welcoming which is obviously huge.

Your cashier just stole money from me. If your cashiers have a problem touching change, then YOU should provide gloves. I also didn't receive my receipt. I shopped in your store on 7/11/20 and I used the first checkout from your front door. I do believe that withholding my change is a crime. I also know that I should be given my receipt. We frequently go to your store and we can shop anywhere! I also told the cashier that if my change is under 50 cents, that he should round down. We ARE a US Bank customer, which is their credit card bank. We will also inform them of your practices.

I have been using this pharmacy since 2017 with no problems, except one big one. Now, the staff here is wonderful, I know them all by name. However, the one exception is Marina. This lady is always very rude, and I dread coming in and seeing her working.I don't know what her issue.is, but she treats people like they are beneath her and she can't be bothered to wait on them. The eye rolling, the sighs, the shaking of her head... it's all too much. She is extremely rude speaking to me as a customer.I won't quit going to this pharmacy, but something should be done about this person.

This is a wonderful bakery in the Cool Springs area. I've gotten a lot of baked goods from here and they've always been delicious.

This Kroger used to be ok, but they've been rearranging the store to get rid of all the healthy options of food. I feel like it's going to keep going downhill from here. I went and asked an employee where something was since the store was being rearranged, and she got upset with me because I should of looked on the endcaps. The store's being rearranged, and nothing is in the same place on a week to week basis. She also happened to be a manager. Usually the employees are super nice and helpful at this store, but I've never seen this particular manager. We go the same time every week, and I have been for 2 years. I hate to switch switch grocery stores, but if you eat relatively healthy you're not going to find a lot of options easily anymore. If they were updating the store to make it look nicer that would be one thing, but they're not. They're only planning on rearranging and removing the healthy section. They said they integrated the healthy foods, but I was not able to find one thing I looked for.
