I have been to this location a couple of times and the food has been good many times and a couple of times it lacked freshness like it usually does. But overall my food is always fresh tasting. One thing that has never changed was the service at the drive thru. Monna is a jewel. Always friendly.. always asks how you’re doing. She’s so very pleasant and professional. She really does deserve a raise because she’s such a people person and she puts a smile on anyone’s face....

A kind, older, gentleman took my order a short time ago. He was incredibly nice. I am traveling. I am weary, traffic is bad. And a big ice storm is coming into the midwest in a few hours. I was not in a good mood. I bought several candy bars. (I figured if I get stranded, at least I won’t starve.) His banter with me took me away for a bit and I forgot my worries. I’ll say it again, the farther south we travel the kinder the people are.

Young lady was not feeling well that she did understand my order was un patience to correct order herself was rude not happy to be ther at work other time’s another woman is so friendly that’s too bad they should not argue and now that I see the rest of the order all was wrong!! Wow it should have 3 triple burgers with cheese not single ?‍♀️ disappoint no care in make the meal lacking customer service Monday 5/15/2023 4:00 pm
