Took the tour with 2 of my sons. Thomas did a great job. He made the tour interesting and fun. The tasting afterward included the White Whiskey, the Tennessee Whiskey and Bourbon. All excellent. The atmosphere is outstanding as well - fire pits outside, beautiful architecture.
So many great things about this place. The people, the amazing grounds, most unique and awesome tasting room. In the summer, all the bands, food, drinks… they even have a five footed cat!!
Great tour. Highly recommend. Very informative tour guide and fun ending it with a whiskey tasting.
Fantastic and friendly tour! Thomas was knowledgeable and fun. Excellent bourbon!
Good whiskey. Grady rocks.
Great experience. Wonderful tour guide.
I am incredibly humbled by the history of whiskey in our country, especially from my home state of Tennessee. Built on the shoulders of the Scots and Irish who came here for a better life and brought their incredible knowledge of how to make the “water of life.” Leiper’s Fork Distillery embodies the traditional ways of making bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey through their small craft operation. Love the property in the beautiful hills of Williamson County, Tennessee. The tour was very informative and a great kickoff location for my own Tennessee Whiskey trail. Thanks to Lee and his wife for reviving this great art of whiskey making! Slàinte Mhath!
Thank you Grady for an excellent experience and the education on the pure art of your distillery.
Good experience gaian how to take whiskey
My husband and I attended the ghastly tales and whisky trails event and it was fantastic. We loved the spooky stories and the food was so much more than I expected. We also really liked sitting by the fires and making s’mores. LFD is always a great time.

Excellent cocktails and amazing staff!
The facility is awesome! Our tour guide, Paul was entertaining and super knowledgeable. Really helped explain the process and walked us through how to properly taste whisk(e)ys.😉
That being said, the products we tasted and that they had for sale were a bit overpriced ($85) for their taste profile. Not to toot my own horn, but this was like the 15th distillery I've been through in the past 18 months, including both Scotland and Kentucky, and this should have been priced more in the $50-60 range. As Paul stated, you can drink what you drink, how you want it, and everybody else can just piss off. So, this is just my humble opinion. Take of it what you will.
Paul our tour/ tasting host was the best. Such fun ! Highly recommend this tour & tasting.
An a great tour experience and the best whiskey and bourbon I’ve ever had.
