I have been to many different distilleries throughout different states. This one is in my top 2. The tour was very very interesting and informative. Tour guide was the best we have ever encountered! I highly recommend making a stop by here.
The distillery itself is tucked back in a beautiful area, and is so nice! We did the tour and tasting. Charley was the tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic. It was a small, intimate tour, and I learned a lot! Tasting was also interactive and fun. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!
1st time visitor - I enjoy whiskey/bourbon/Scotch and whenever I get the chance I like to explore small distilleries that represent the 'local' flavor - Leiper's Fork Distillery did not disappoint!
Our party of six had no problem scheduling a tour on a weekday and had the pleasure of having Sir Paul Bissett as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful repartee as he described the various elements to whiskey-making.
