The pizza is great as always, however, the employees seem very overworked, they are still friendly and attentive. However, there is often a line/wait even if you order ahead. Maybe they need more staff? There are not a lot of pizza places in this area so this little Caesars is very popular.

This location is a joke at best the management here doesn't care about the customer let alone the poor quality of food they sell once was a huge fan of the company for their hot n ready pizzas but this location has left a bad enough taste with me I'll never eat at another little Caesars again. Waste of
Don't bother trying to get food here if you are a white person. you will be ignored until you go away. they will not make your order and actually claim they don't speak English when you try to pick it up. seriously.

My family bought hot and ready here last night. The two pizzas were some of the worst I've ever had. In fact I don't even think they were even pizza. It was paper thin and closer to some low end cheese bread. I tried calling them for a little goodwill and they don't pick up their phone (4 phone calls). Customer Experience is part of my career so kind of hoping the store responds to this message. They have a customer in me they can win back. Otherwise I'll buy elsewhere.

I was in there today at 4:30 and got an extra mostest pizza , Italian cheesy bread when I got home I had cheese pizza, Italian cheesy bread harder then.... I called the person I talked to I'm assuming is the manager all he said I'm sorry I can come back in 15 minutes and get another Pizza and bring that one back that my son has already ate out... Never be back

Horrible customer service! I walk in head to the register and I say hello how are you to the cashier/moron, in return I get a blank stare and no words such as how can I help you. Then I wanted to order the 4 piece deep dish pizza and again no words just a blank stare, so I repeated myself then he says do you want the $11.99 one and I said no I want the lunch combo, he says it's 2pm no more lunch combo. I then said that's fine can I just order the 4 piece deep dish by itself with no combo he says no only the $11.99 one and at this point if had enough turned around and walked out. I am a GM at a restaurant and have a very good understanding of what quality customer service looks like and this place is a total joke. Whoever is running this place may want to know that customer service actually matters. I took my business to Marcos instead and have no plans of eating at a little caesers ever again.

I did an online order and did not receive several sauces that I paid for and the wings were disgusting. I tried calling today for a refund for the missing items and after several rings I get the message "your call cannot be completed at this time". I remember trying to call them a year ago after I was overcharged in the store and got the same message.
