The food was terrible. My lemon drop was even bad; it tasted like lemon water. No flavor at all besides the parmesan fries. The prices do not match the food quality. My entire party of 9 said we would never come back here again.

Our server was so sweet! She is the main reason why I’m not leaving a one star review. The Lobster Cobb salad was great. But if you want any kind of flavor this place is not the right place to go. Chicken tenders, burger and steak did not have any type of herb or seasoning. The grouper would have been amazing except the rice wasn’t cooked all the way. The gumbo was basically low sodium chicken broth with sausages in it.
I think the place has great potential and a little more to the recipe would make it perfect. The key lime pie was amazing!
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu pricing was cheap. But the tenders had no flavor, so I didn’t make my kids eat it. The restaurant itself is very spacious so even with little ones you can kind of sit spread out or if needed you could fit a whole stroller at the table.

Reservations available. I had made birthday dinner reservations. We got immediate seating. Our waitress was amazing. Great recommendations on the porkchop.

The service by our waitress Ann Clair was fantastic, the food and drinks were excellent and the prices were normal for a place like this, not too high. It was a great night for my wife's **th Birthday! They are still in "soft opening" mode but could not tell by the service and food quality. Everything was available on the menu except one pasta dish that we wouldn't have ordered anyway. The pork chop and cedar smoked salmon with lemon creme fraiche were both great. Everything was timed just right. My water was refilled every time it was 1/2 full. The noisy environment is being addressed with dampening curtains coming soon said the host. I never do reviews but am usually quite critical of most wait staff, (not to them but share with my wife), that are not propperly trained by the resturant. My typical complaint is that the server is not trained to check up on your table, get eye contact, to see if you need anything and walk right by without even looking at you when you're trying to get their attention or even look at the table to see if dishes need to be cleared or drinks are low. The entire wait staff was supper attentive and nice. My wife shocked how complentary I was about the experience nudged me to post this. We will definitely come back. I look forward to seeing whatever decor improvements that are in the works. The booth chandeliers are very cool.

Waited until we've had a number of visits over the last few months to write a review, in the hopes this would improve. It hasn't. Constantly out of menu items. And now they've launched a brunch and today the two signature items on the menu are not available. Last night we were charged different (higher) prices than the menu stated on 3 things we ordered. Staff is constantly apologizing. Consistency hasn't been established yet. We're done until we hear better things. Lots of untapped potential at this point.
Vegetarian options: Options exist on both the dinner menu and the brunch menu.
Dietary restrictions: It did us no good to flag my wife's dairy allergy. Twice now they've brought out sides with cheese.
Parking: If the street parking is full, there is a lot behind that usually works best.
Kid-friendliness: Not recommended for kids, although they do have a kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Modern ADA design with lots of room between tables.

I had an incredible dinner at Ludlow and Prime recently. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff were amazing, knowledgeable and really knew the menu, offering great recommendations. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning, with a gorgeous atmosphere that makes the whole experience even better. The owners add a personal touch, making sure everyone feels welcome. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood, and we’re so glad they’re here!
If you want amazing food, excellent service, and a stunning setting, this place is a must. Can’t wait to go back and try the brunch menu!

I am so shocked that the reviews aren’t higher for this place. First of all, the service is wonderful. The atmosphere is also great, but the food is the star. We had an absolutely incredible meal and are having our rehearsal dinner there because we loved it so much.

We’ve been patiently waiting for the opening as our kids gave us a gift card for Christmas. We were hoping for the best, despite all the negative reviews. Sadly, our experience was disappointing overall.
Pros- our server Anna Clair was knowledgeable and appropriately attentive. Iceberg wedge, fries, Brussels were all good. Restaurant has a good vibe aesthetically.
Cons- only 5 other couples there at 6:30 on a Saturday, so it was a dampened atmosphere. Hush puppies were burnt. My filet was okay, slightly overcooked but not terribly so. But definitely not worth close to $45 a la carte. My husband’s NY strip was tough and just tasted meh. Not worth $55. I suppose we could have complained, but we just decided to take the loss since there wasn’t anything obviously horribly wrong and to send back two steaks and also use a gift card looks bad.
Overall the $70 we had to pay on top of our $125 gift card still felt like a waste. We didn’t even drink.
So much potential, but not there yet.

Came to celebrate my birthday. We almost left because they are shifting to brunch only during the day. This was a Sunday. We had planned on ordering from the dinner menu so as we were leaving, the owner told us that he could "make it happen" and that he wasn't going to let us go elsewhere for my birthday. we had exceptional service and they went the extra mile giving me a free cocktail and free dessert which was absolutely delicious! Keylime pie! ? Our server was phenomenal and very knowledgeable, even though he was fairly new there. The dessert chef also came out and visited with us and was extremely helpful. The salmon was amazing!

To start, Isaiah & Sophie are phenomenal bartenders that take pride in taking care of everyone in a timely manner and making sure everything is up to par. Not pictured is the salmon that was absolutely delicious. If you are a looking for somewhere new to venture out to, HIGHLY recommend giving Ludlow a try. It’s worth it to be greeted with a smile, a great happy hour and food that doesn’t disappoint! So happy to have an establishment like this in Berry Farms!

We really wanted to like this place--we need a restaurant of this caliber in Berry Farms. And despite our neighbor telling us not to go there, we did anyway. Our neighbors went the week that they opened, and the restaurant was out of most of the items that the four of them wanted to order. So, they left.
We chalked up their experience to the restaurant being new and needing to work out the newness. We dined there recently, about two months after their opening. Unfortunately, we experienced the same thing. After being rudely greeted by a man that appeared to be the front of the house manager, we were then greeted at our table by the server who immediately told us that they were out of three items. How could the restaurant be out of hot soup by 6:30 p.m. on a summer evening? The service proceeded to be slow, and we guess that the server was new as she did not have answers to our menu questions--she had to go back and forth to the kitchen several times. But she tried. While waiting for our food, it was hard to visit as it is very noisy in this restaurant. We had to shout to hear the others across the table of four. Also, the women's bathroom needed attention--out of toilet paper. Our food finally arrived 40 minutes after we ordered. Two of us ordered the same entree. The menu states that this entree is served with a "secret slaw." We even asked the server to tell us about the slaw and she described it. Well, no secret slaw was served. When we asked the server about the missing side dish, she brought the manager to tell us that they were out of it. So, they just served our entree without the side dish. No substitution was offered, and no mention in advance that our entree was not going to include the side. It was also very cold in this restaurant -- uncomfortably cold.
On a positive, it is beautifully decorated—the booths with chandeliers are very attractive. It is also a convenient location with ample parking. There is potential for this place to be a great restaurant—the high-end steak and seafood menu has a nice variety of options. We hope before it is too late that this team can get things together. At this time, we are unable to recommend this restaurant to our friends.
