Very poor management and food was not good at all. I would not recommend at all.

Hamburgers were very small but good. I found it quite strange that our waitress did not give us a ticket but stood at our table and waited for us to pay her. $45 for two sandwiches and water and a tea we will not be back.

Withou a doubt this was the worst food experience that I have had in quite some time. We ate, if you call it that, for lunch on Sunday. We got our drinks quickly and then waited 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order. We then waited close to 40 minutes for our food. Burgers were overdone and cold, fries were cold, drinks never refilled. Had high hopes but it turns out this local chain is all about selling alcohol and if you aren't drinking you are pretty much forgotten. My son stated he would rather have eaten at McDonalds as the fries would have been hot.

Waited 50 minutes to be seated and there were at least 4 empty booths the entire time. Waited tried to upsell me on beer by saying beer I was drinking was not served in glass I had. Had to ask for silverware and then was brought a single fork. Will not return

I ordered a crunch burger and it was the worst burger I have ever eaten..there was hardly any meat on it a single smash patty..For $15 I expected a whole lot more than two tortillas..Do not order that burger not worth the money..

I stopped by for lunch with a group from work. The burger was good and the service was friendly. I'll have to come back off-the-clock sometime to give their beer selection a try.

Okay so I had a burger at the Charlotte location in Nashville just the day before and so when a friend and I went to our local location I thought I would try a salad. Their Thai peanut chicken salad ‘was killer. And Emily, our server, was fantastic. Thanks Em!!
I will be going back!

Me and my husband thought we’d stop by for a dinner date. It was pretty busy but we were seated immediately. I got the Patty melt with the fries but my patty melt didn’t have the sauce it was supposed to come with, so it tasted a little bland. The fries were room temperature too and soggy. We got the loaded queso and I had expected it to come out before our food since it was an appetizer, but it came out with our food.

The staff was friendly, we were seated quickly and the food was delivered faster than expected. As for the ambiance, lots of TVs playing which kept my children entertained, but the booths and chairs are uncomfortable.
The menu is underwhelming. I'd like fried pickles by themselves but they come mixed in with fried peppers.
We ordered chicken for our kids and the Belgian burger. From the description on the menu, this burger sounded amazing. When it arrived, the bun was tiny but the rest still looked tasty. I don't quite understand how this was accomplished given the amazing ingredients on the burger- but it had very little flavor. There wasn't any aoli on it and the patty wasn't seasoned. The fries were undercooked and very bland. I tried my kids chicken and almost gagged as it tasted like a piece of unseasoned cardboard.
Doesn't the cook know salt must be used to make the food taste acceptable? This is our second time here and I'm sorry to say, we won't be back given that both times left us disappointed.

I was driving by and the exterior caught my attention. Very inviting. It was lunch time so I thought I would grab a bite to eat. I thought it was a little pricey, but isn’t everything right now? The burger was great. The waffle fries didn’t seem to be very fresh but of course I ate all of them. I sat out on the patio where they had football games on. Music was playing but I would have rather listened to a game. It kind of affects the game watching experience if you have to listen to music. I understand several games were on, but I would have enjoyed it a little more. Overall I will go back with friends.

Told us a 15 min wait, checked after half hour and was told another 10. They said sorry we didn't know, isn't that the hostesses job to know that. Kitchen understaffed so they were not seating anyone. I asked why not seat people so they could order drinks? Burgers were good and beer was ok. Pricy, 2 burgers, 1 beer and 1 soft drink was $53 after tip.
