Macarons in Franklin, TN

“So these are by far the best macarons I have ever ever ever had. I’m so pleased with the natural, authentic French ingredients. This is the way macarons, or all our food, should be made - nothing artificial. The texture was absolutely perfect. The taste - I’ve no words!!! (And yet, here I am writing words?) I’ve had a lot of different macarons over my 48 years, and never any as good as these. My two boys and i specifically tried the Belgian chocolate, birthday cake, tiramisu, pistachio, bubble gum, and Colombian coffee. Every one a hit. I can’t wait to try all the other flavors. I appreciate the effort gone to to make the best possible recipe. I also appreciate the extreme kindness of Donnie who tended to me while I was at the Cool Springs Galleria location. I’m pleased to know they’ve other locations. I wish I’d thought to take pictures of the macarons we ate, but we devoured upon impact. ???“
