I ordered my usual pizza which I do roughly once a week. I took my first bite and as I chewed something wasn’t right, I pulled out a 4.5” piece of plastic from my mouth. I called the store to let them know and the guy who answered said “uh okay.” I didn’t feel like this was an appropriate response to the situation so I said “okay, that wasn’t what I expected to hear, do you have a manager I can speak with” he said “she has at least two pizzas to make before she could talk to me” I just said thank you and hung up. WOW, blown away by the way they handled that.

Very friendly staff, and clean place. They have some great gluten free options, and prices are very reasonable. Food is above average, certainly good enough to return again and again. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick and decent, with excellent customer service.

I keep forgetting that their veggie pizza isn't like a Domino's veggie, and I'm like... "Where's the bell pepper and onions?" But that's not what comes on it. They have fresh tomatoes, and that's ? by me!!
Parking: I didn't notice a wheelchair ramp, but I'm assuming there is one. I'll look the next time that I'm over that way.

I really like Marco's Pizza for the crustless pizza bowls and also their salads. The salads are very good, and I am not even a salad person.

The pizza is great when they do it right. The problem is they are just too inconsistent. It has become a crapshoot as to whether or not you're going to get a delicious pizza or a sloppy hot mess. Can no longer recommend.***Just tried to reply to the owner per his request and via the option provided. It just sends you on a loop and does not allow you to contact anyone or leave any feedback.

My boyfriend and I ordered from the Marco's in Bellevue this past weekend and it was so good that my best friend and I ordered this evening. We're currently in the throws of finals season and wanted something quick, easy, and cheap and Marcos has provided all 3. However, the times do need to be updated on Google. We originally called the location in Bellevue to order and they stated they were closing. We assumed maybe this was due to understaffing or another issue as it did not match the times on Google. We then called the location in Fieldstone Farms and they stated the same. However, the person who took our order stayed open an extra 15 minutes for us to come get our pizza. And when we arrived they were super friendly just as if we had ordered during "normal" business hours. I wish I could find their name on my receipt, all I found is Order Taker: 3845 Jer. Im not sure if yall can decipher who that is but they deserve a raise or some sort of recognition because they were awesome!
