There's only one worker manning the shop. He's making the food and working the register as well. Expect delays. The pizza had a tough chewy crust, the mozzarella is overly salty, and the pepperoni is greasy. The wings seemed to be reheated and very tough. The meatballs could be canned meat shaped into balls and heated. I imagine that's what it would taste like. Maybe with proper staffing they'll get better.

I don’t know how you can make a Dominos Pizza experience this bad. Staying in a hotel? Don’t ask for plates, that’s too much to ask for. Pizza crust had no garlic or butter. It tasted like communion crackers!! Oh my lord! Terrible.

They hung up the phone to me when I called to complain about a non-delivered pizza, actually 2. I’ll get my money back but it was a bad customer experience.

I've ordered a pizza and gave a precise address to an easy to find large hotel. I got a call saying they were on their way, so I went down to the lobby and they never showed up. I went back to my room and they had called again. When I called them, a girl said the driver couldn't find me. I'm literally within the same city block. Then she said she would not make a fresh pizza, though this one will now be cold. And to refund would take up to five days to come off my card. She just kept blaming me for not having my phone, but didn't blame the driver at all for being unable to find a 170 room hotel a block away. Bad service, won't order from them again. This is too much money to spend to be done this way.

Haven’t had pizza from here in forever. Was so excited to see one down the street from the hotel. We are in town for a baseball tournament.

The pizza moves through the process quickly until it reaches the quality check stage. There it sits under a warmer for an hour+ before a delivery driver is available to deliver the now dehydrated, terrible pizza to your door. This has happened twice in a row. In both cases I called after I saw that it was stuck in this phase to ask for estimated timing. In both cases I was told they were really behind in deliveries and didn’t have enough drivers. The second time I just canceled the order because it’s not worth $40 to get bad pizza an hour and a half to two hours after ordering.

Consistent with other Domino's that I've been to, their pizza was wonderful, and their staff was very kind and courteous.

Wish i could rate less than one... 2 Hrs and still the pizza was not delivered... I was told that there were too many orders to fulfill then why was the order taken in first place??? I would have ordered somewhere else... An hour ago i was told the delivery person is just checking in and the pizza will be delivered in moments (false)... then after two more calls they stopped taking the call any more.. And this is not the first bad experience at this store... I have returned the pizza and i hope they will return my money back..

I had 2 orders--one was $50 of pizza, drinks and cookies for dessert. We picked them up LATE--much later than they said they would be done. There were NO cookies, which I had already paid for online. Then they told me there was no record of me having paid for them online, so I had to pay again, until I could show them the credit card record. I had ordered 2 other pizzas but we were never able to get those, even after waiting for 90 minutes. I know--ridiculous, right? We watched them--totally disorganized--lacking people who knew what they were doing. They threw so many pizzas in the trash it was ridiculous. People kept arriving to pick up their pizzas, and left with nothing. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION??? Some people received their pizzas, but not us. Meanwhile they charged us for these too. Finally we left without getting our money back. We are never coming back here again.

I went in this Domino's during the Christmas holidays hoping to get something close to edible. It was fabulous! The people there were surprisingly friendly. My daughter & I waited less than 15 minutes for a beautiful, piping hot pizza! While we were waiting I drew a message to my daughter on the big chalk board at the entrance. It's silly, but fun! 5 minutes later our pizza came up & the gentleman pulled the lid up for our approval. I have not had service like this since the first Domino's came to my hometown in the 80's! Will we be back? These guys own my loyalty now.

We ordered from here twice during the course of 1 long weekend. The first night we ordered after getting settled into our hotel and needing something quick to eat. I was very surprised at how fast it was delivered! The food was still hot. We ordered pizza, wings, and pasta. Everything tasted good (granted it is a chain pizza place)-- then 2 nights later we ordered from here for a second time, just pizza, for a late night snack. Again, very fast delivery, exceptionally nice staff on phone and who delivered. I would definitely recommend ordering from here when in the Franklin area.
