Good place to grab some protein without bread as I'm doing the carnivore diet. The people were attentive to what I needed as a customer. The decor though was lacking from the McDonald's of the good old days. Efficiency as McDonald's sees it doesn't make it seem like an experience but a convenient way to streamline people. The atmosphere was flat based on the setup. Service though was great. It was almost like the company doesnt want people spending time there.

I can't do that drive through every morning at the same time to get coffee. And the lady complains at the window that she's the only one working there won't put in the cream or sugar in my coffee and half of the time won't answer the speaker so I can even make a order. It's not just some of the time. It's every day just about they don't want to work. They need to go find another job if you work at McDonald's. People's gonna come through the drive. Then it's not their fault and they don't have enough workers. Or they only got one woman working there.

McDonald's was never fine dining, but at least it was enjoyable. Their new kids play place is pathetic. Two screens and some stepping game? Absolutely not. Better to just get food elsewhere and take kids to the park.

It's getting hard to find a good McDonald's nowadays. This one is no exception. The staff is extremely unfriendly. They apparently don't know how to come to a drive thru window in a reasonable amount of time. Then have an attitude for what I guess is annoyance in having a job. The food was clearly stale and it was just after breakfast. So why isn't it fresh or at least fresher than what seems to be food that sat over night. Avoid like the plague cause you'll probably get the plague.
TLDR trash food (even for McDonald's), trash employees, and a lack of even common decency.

Took for every to get through the drive thru line then they didn't know what I ordered they couldn't understand me at the speaker. My sandwich was cold.
Took my grandchildren to McDonalds this am. Have not been in a few years. Was disappointed beyond words. Everything is self serve. A child’s pancakes (3 small pancakes, no meat) was $5.50. Came with one syrup. Asked for 1 more syrup - but they will only “sell” you more for a minimum of $1.50 for 4 containers. So we had to pay for $1.50 for 4, used 1. Threw the other 3 away. Self serve machine would not take payment so had to go wait at the counter (waited a while as the staff stood in the back doing text messages on their phones). Then someone came to the counter, they re-entered the order on their machine that I had just spent 6-8 minutes at a kiosk doing so that I could pay. The most dysfunctional place I’ve ever visited. Never going back. Ever!

We just left there during our lunch break. We got skipped on the line because my truck was too loud and she didn't wanna take my order I placed my order at the window I asked for a Dr Pepper I got a coke I asked for chicken nuggets and bbq sauce I didn't get any but i got charged I asked for a spicy mc chicken and I got a regular mc chicken don't go there go to sonic

Waiting for dang near 5 minutes at the counter to get a refill because I ordered a drink with no ice, but it was filled up anyways so they didn't have to give me as much tea. Employees walked up and placed to-go orders twice and didn't acknowledge me. Plus the "rustic" re-model looks horrible. Food was good though.
