Good place to grab some protein without bread as I'm doing the carnivore diet. The people were attentive to what I needed as a customer. The decor though was lacking from the McDonald's of the good old days. Efficiency as McDonald's sees it doesn't make it seem like an experience but a convenient way to streamline people. The atmosphere was flat based on the setup. Service though was great. It was almost like the company doesnt want people spending time there.

Sad to see the new interior layout. Definitely not like the old days. Obviously their bread and butter is the drive thru and delivery. Interior atmosphere says "get your food and go". Times have changed.

While the new McDonald’s is nice, it lacks the home-town feel that made the previous store unique to Franklin. The dine-in seating is limited, so less room for groups to meet over coffee. I will miss the happy community that once was, especially the friendly staff (and the retired couples enjoying the McDonald pies ? ).
