I have been going to this McDonald’s drive through for breakfast almost every morning for the last few years. Whoever is responsible for hiring has done an excellent job of getting some top notch personnel. It is easily the best McDonalds I have ever been to and is not far behind Chic-Fil-A regarding respect, courtesy and efficiency. Well done!! ?? Keep up the good work.

Terrible service, morning shift, the employees do not wear their full uniform, those in the service do not wear caps and pants below their waist, showing their underwear... they ignore the customers because they are fooling around... The managers only see and do not design or do anything

Went through the outside lane of the drive through, watched 5 cars get waited on at the inside lane, tried to talk through the speaker to get someone's attention. Nobody ever took my order. I parked and went inside and asked why nobody answered me, they said the lane was open so they didn't know why. I was told to go ahead and place my order at the counter...2 men were standing at the register speaking another language, didn't even look at me, the manager watched it all happen and didn't step in. Again, I was simply ignored for about 4 minutes, at which time I turned around and left. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I won't go back there again, but I imagine they really just don't care.

Ice cream machine is always "broken" here. Yet they constantly advertise shakes like the shamrock shake, yet don't have it.
Never can get food in timely manner. No body speaks English and always messing orders up...

I remember back about 20 years ago when fast food was actually fast. Just took 15 mins to get my order. Which considering the circumstances I would have understood, except I watch 8 people order after me and get their entire order before I got mine. I have also noticed that the drive-thru takes precedence over those who actually took the time to come in.Update: just had to have a big Mac made twice and they still didn't get it right. I just gave up. This is sad.
