I’ve had multiple bad experiences at the McDonald’s in Franklin, but this last one sealed it. The staff here are some of the most unqualified employees I’ve ever interacted with. They consistently mess up orders, and when confronted with the issue, they refuse to take responsibility—even when the correct order is clearly printed on the receipt.

Messed our order up. Gave us a hamburger in container with no bun instead of 6pc chicken McNugget meal.
I was at this establishment at about 6:10 on October 23, 2016 ordered 4 drinks and a chicken wrap the guy at the window gave us 3 drinks so I then ask for my fourth one and then was asked to pull up to wait I waited around 10 minutes for a large coke with no ice. I was extremely thirsty so I was drinking very fast and what appeared to be a booger or something came through the straw and into my mouth and I then spit it out and inspected it and this is absolutely disgusting unsanitary...read full review

McDonald's is a popular restaurant with a big, clean play place that can be a joy when lit. The fries are fresh and a highlight, and the happy meal is a delight. Quarter pound cheeseburgers are a staple, but some may get annoyed when water seeps out. The Franklin TN, near I65, location seemed very busy and understaffed. The service was slow and unorganized in the drive-through, taking almost 30 minutes to order and receive food. The staff was nice and friendly, but the fries were not hot, having been sitting in the bag for a few minutes. Despite the slow service, the 20pc McNugget and McChicken with a side of large fries is a popular choice, and the restaurant remains kid-friendly with its jungle gym.
