Food was hot, so I'll give that. Service was horrible. 20mins wait for breakfast. Food was all tossed in the plastic bag. We ordered a big breakfast and hotcakes and the platters we in the bag sideways with our other food smashed into the bag. Although a clean restaurant, service was awful.

waited 15 minutes just to get a muffin without American cheese. And when it arrived, there was cheese in the muffin. When I asked them to replace it, they only took the cheese back. But I'm paying for it. If you want , come here. They'll waste your time and kidding of you.

We walked in to get two large drinks and waited for 20 minutes to have our order taken. No joke 5 employees walked past us not to mention they looked straight at our faces and still continued to do whatever they were doing before. I had to wave someone down to finally take our order, mind you the attitude of the employees I would recommended coming to this McDonald’s ever again.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at the McDonald’s in Franklin, but this last one sealed it. The staff here are some of the most unqualified employees I’ve ever interacted with. They consistently mess up orders, and when confronted with the issue, they refuse to take responsibility—even when the correct order is clearly printed on the receipt. Most recently, I spoke with Ashley, the manager on duty, about yet another incorrect order. Her response? A shrug and, “I don’t know.” Seriously? When I pointed out that I ordered steak and not sausage, she still looked confused—as if that was somehow too complicated to understand. It’s frustrating dealing with people who lack not only basic customer service skills, but also the common sense and work ethic required to manage a fast-food restaurant. I don’t expect five-star service from McDonald’s, but I do expect to get what I paid for without having to argue over it. This location needs serious training and leadership improvements.

put a mobile pick up order in at 10pm , showed up at the place, There was a whole line of cars at drive-through and no one was able to service us while the store was open. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one was able to come get my order that I had already paid for on the app.
Called customer service to get a refund and It was never given to me.

Couple days later came through drive-through this time because I’m not trusting the app anymore, Everything was OK until I was at the window where I need to receive my food and I just randomly got this young lady throwing my bag of food at me without saying hi or bye whatsoever.

I don’t know who is the management team of this place, but you need to fix your employees because it’s just bad attitude and terrible service.

Served fresh food which is good. But after confirming ehat was in my order with them 3 times which eas a double cheese burger, 1 large French fry and a 4 piece chicken tender I was given 2 Large fries, a 3 piece chicken tender and no cheeseburger. Awful service

The Franklin TN, near I65, location seemed to very busy and understaffed. The servive was slow and definitely unorganized in the drive through. I'm not sure if people ordered and then left the line, which could have caused the issue. It took almost 30 mins to oder and receive food. I would have left if I wasn't hungry. The staff was nice and friendly, just slow. Thr fries were not cold but definitely not hot. They had been sitting in the bag for a few minutes.

Needed some protein. Went through drive thru for a breakfast burrito. I could not unwrap it to eat because the paper was fused to the flour tortilla. So much for a quick bite!

Why are they open until 11 if they don’t help the last 35 minutes I’ve been the drive thru line since 10:11 and no one has helped me and it’s already 10:45pm , was there the whole 50 minutes and no one ever helped,never going here again very bad experience!!!
