paid for a meal and was given brown fries, went back around and asked for fresh ones since that's what I paid for, was given a second order of brown fries, asked for more, female short manager came out with sassy attitude and said she does not know what my problem was, I explained , she rolled her eyes and walked off fussing under her breathing Spanish. Sent another lady out 8 minutes later with more brown fries.

Food order is almost never right, has got worse in the last 6months.
Store hours all say that it opens at 4am. I get here at 4am while on a break from my job, and they are closed. Lights on, and employees are in there. This is the importance of keeping hours updated online.

They had two drive-through lanes open, but we’re only taking orders in one so after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-through, I went inside and ordered my coffee on a kiosk and stood there for 10 minutes before anybody came up to ask me if I needed help and finally brought me my coffee. No one speaks English, terrible customer service and very slow. Pretty much all McDonald’s are horrible now.

It is ever apparent you only care about drive thru. Had to make my burger twice and still didn’t get it right. Stood in front of your store for almost 5 minutes waiting on help. All kinds of employees concentrating on drive thru.
