They close the lobby doors hours before it’s supposed to close. What’s the point of having the hours written on the door if you’re not gonna follow it?

Ordered food for me and my son to eat in the restaurant. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the counter and asked where the food was. The guy at the counter acted like he didn’t speak English so I switched to Spanish. He told me “go sit down” and walked away. I have very low expectations for McDonalds but having to explain to my five year old why he wasn’t getting his Happy Meal was sad. I walked out and will NEVER be going back.

By far the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! I’ve given this place several chances to redeem itself but it somehow always fail! The drive thru attendants are rude, Customer service has gone out the window! Called the customer service number and can’t even get a human to speak to!

Store closed at 10:30 pm on a Thursday while they should be open until midnight. The absolute most rude and useless human beings must “work” here. Either replace your lack luster night employees or go bankrupt, I care not.

tonight was the best night i had a long day at work and i just wanted to get some food but i didn’t expect the workers to be so quick and kinda and respectful with the service and after i left they all sing giggle bell they were amazing they forgot one of the items so he ran out the store and gave it to me 5 start fo sure if your close make sure you do a quick stop recommend the new chicken big mac the best mcdonald ong i love it

5 gentleman gave me the best service ever really quick with the fries, customer service was amazing very fast, they even sang me a song before I left, if your close make sure to come here! best customer service I ever got my whole life ! 😊

I'm giving this restaurant a one for this reason. Employee did not wash her hands after using the restroom. She exited the building upon leaving. But even so, each employee still must practice great sanitary hygiene after each and every restroom visit. Besides that issue, the restaurant was clean and the service was great.

Drive through guy was rude, inconsiderate. Gave me the wrong order. Then gave the same order he handed to me to the correct person behind me. Made me Waite 10 more minutes for my order. Gave me my order without my drink. Then gave me my drink 3/4 full. During the encounter he had attitude.
