The food was served cold, there was a hair in the pizza, and it took 1 and a half hours for the food to get to us.

Terrible management

You will be fine if you order something off their main menu, but if you have a daughter like mine who orders no cheese due to dietary reasons, you will be upset. This has happened twice on 2 separate occasions. The first time they remade it, but then the remaining pizzas ( ordered several due to family). This time the lady at the counter apparently wanted to argue saying it was onion and not cheese. IT WAS clearly cheese! they did offer to remake again, but she declined because she didn’t want the remaining family to suffer with cold pizza again. Its probably a good thing I wasn’t present in person . I did call management later after seeing her in tears. They did refund that pizza after i demanded it. Should have at least been brought up when my daughter and Father-in-law picked it up. Get your crap right for goodness sake!

Horrible experience at Mellow Mushroom tonight. Waited 45 min for a table. We arrived at 5pm. It's Friday and the holidays soon but Then waited 1 hour for pizza. Bad service, no holiday vibes, pizza mediocre at best. Reminded me why I have been there in a few years. Boo! Won't be going back.

Hands-down, the absolute best service best pizza it was our first time going there. We were on vacation and literally I would drive the four hours just to eat there again.

Our server, Jane, was amazing! She checked on our group often and made sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was delicious! I had the Pacific rim. We got a couple of appetizers too, it was a good time!

Man, I love me some MM but holy cow has service gone downhill since COVID. Totally fine if you’ve got an hour to wait while they make your pie, but I got littles. My toddlers aren’t gonna sit still that long.

Amazing pizza and a huge drink menu everything was lovely I really enjoyed the food 10 out of ten would pizza again <3

Also loved having both vegetarian options and meat options

I love Mellow Mushroom! I try to find them everywhere I travel. Franklin, TN did not disappoint!

Kid-friendliness: This location has a guy who made some incredible balloon creations! I believe he is only there on the weekend. His unicorn was super cute!

If only there was service to review. 40 minutes for a table- they weren't slammed. 30 minutes before water was served after finally being seated, and over an hour of sitting at the table before food arrived. And the pretzels were disgusting and nothing like the picture - just tried sort of twisted pizza dough served with mustard instead of the marinara it was supposed to have. The pizza was subpar at best.

Extremely impolite host 😒😒
I provided her with my number, and she mentioned that I would receive a notification when the table was ready, but I never received it.
My family and i were standing in line to get seated ( a hispanic family) and she skipped us and sat the next family?? Are you aware of how poorly that reflects on you?
