Food was very good but the take out manager ( do not know her name) was very rude "blonde short hair lady".She made several snarky comments while I was waiting for a to go order. About how I am not waiting in the right area or how she doesn't want me to touch the counter. UmOk ?? Customer service is very important and being friendly is part of the job. Just not happy about the overall experience as I order from here more than 4 times a month. Do better. Thanks

This was our first time to Mellow Mushroom and to Franklin. This was seriously the best pizza we have ever tasted. The dough is so fresh it’s crazy. The severs were “mellow” and friendly. Location is awesome. We will be back. Highly recommended!

If your not with a sports team ask to be seated out on the beautiful patio. The inside of the restaurant is a little loud for most people but if your with your team and ready to party this place is ready for you. Amazing pizza!

Awesome place for vegan pizza! The atmosphere was phenomenal, and our server was the best. Drinks were absolutely great. Highly recommend this place! Only had a party of 2. Told us 2 1/2 hours to be seated. Does not take reservations. Seems like they only wanted to seat big parties. Ended up just placing an order. Took around 45 mins

Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is chill; overall we enjoy our experience there. Be ready for a very long wait. Pizzas and calzones take over an hour during busy times. Not a place to go if you a really hungry or have any time constraint.

The Mighty Meaty and the Holy Shiitake we’re both very good choices. The weird thing is that I received both horrible and excellent customer service (not by the same person, of course). The decor is pretty cool. I recommend going as early as possible, as this place gets crazy busy, even on a weekday.
