I recently was in need of a small birthday party to be catered for one of our good friends. We were a looking for a party of about 20 people. We found Menu Maker on Google but I had seen their building off Columbia Ave in Franklin. Our experience could not have been any better. The people that answer the phone and return calls were very professional. They followed up really well. I made a personal mistake and they had to change the date of the party in their system at the last minute. I spoke to the owner, Reiko, and she was so nice about the last minute change. The people that delivered the food were very kind. The food itself was excellent and everyone had plenty. Everyone wanted the name of the caterer and raved about the taste and presentation. I do not write many reviews but I like to acknowledge excellent service. Thanks Menu Maker.

We had pecan chicken, beef sliders, BBQ meatballs, bacon wrapped dates, salmon, Caprese skewers, roasted vegetables and a few other selections! Reiko delivered everything on time and took the time to set it all up. Beautiful presentation. We would highly recommend working with her and look forward to many more events.

The food was beyond delicious and they catered to our group's specific dietary needs (which I know can be difficult). Excellent customer service. Even our boxed lunches were presented beautifully! We had our wedding catered by Menu Maker and all of the food was fantastic, but the service is what really made everything better. Christa helped us along the way and was an excellent guide for two young people who had no idea what they were doing. At the wedding they made sure to have plates of food ready and waiting for us so all my wife and I had to do was go to our spots and start eating! Then they cleaned up unobtrusively, and took off after packing the fridge literally full of leftovers, which there were plenty of(which our core group was happy to raid at 3am after a long night of celebratory drinks).

The best food, best people, best owner! Reiko and her team catered my 50th birthday party after helping me to design the menu from my favourite foods. Everyone loved the food and the service! We had light passed horderves and heavy hor'derves with veggies, chicken, beef, pork so everyone was satisfied. Reiko then added a beautiful touch with fresh flowers of my party colors. Reiko also worked closely with my venue to make everything perfect!
