Place is conveniently located in the heart of cool springs. I’ll start with the pros: the beer select is n is very good. Over thirty beers on draft. There are only two seasonal drafts - there could be other rotating / seasonal items to choose from. There are many options to choose from as far as food. However, the food is average. I had Mimi’s Fiesta Bowl. The chicken was quite dry, but the rice and beans were good. Worst point was the service. I sat at the bar and even though the place is quite empty, the bartender wasn’t behind the bar the entire time. No idea where she is but she isn’t here. I ordered a beer to start and she forgot all about it. My food arrived before she served me my beer and I couldn’t remind her about it as she wasn’t here! She was polite and had a good attitude but good service is just as important as good attitude. Before I arrived, I had told a friend I was on the way here and she told me her last visit left her wanting - complained about the service but acknowledged they were busy that day - maybe this time it would be better. Well it wasn’t. I think the place has potential - lots of beers, menu has many options to choose from but the service sucks! Where are the managers? Maybe watching TikTok in their cars or telling jokes with the servers. Either way they aren’t where they’re supposed to be. Save your frustrations and eat somewhere else. I know that’s what I should have done.

The food was delicious and the smoked Old Fashioned was perfect and tasted amazing. Donnie did a fantastic job even when it started getting busy, we were never waiting long for anything to get brought out.

I enjoyed my time. The food was good, the servers were nice, because it was a big group we sat somewhere cold and it made our experience less joyable, but we will be back.
Ate at the bar but by choice. Prickly pear margarita was delicious! Great selection to tap beer. Had the fish and chips and the fish was hot and crisp—super delicious! Reasonable prices and great service too!It was nice to enjoy a Friday night out without having to deal with a long wait or making reservation days in advance. Very close to our hotel and the mall.

Started out with fried jalapeños. They were great dipped in ranch.Service was great!! Food was decent. I had the teriyaki steak and potstickers. Steak was well done even though I requested medium rare. Potstickers were great! I thought they tasted like egg rolls.Wife had the mahi sandwich and fries. She enjoyed it.
This is a great place for lunch. Good portions, great prices, quick. When I need to come up with a place for lunch for work, this place has become my go to.the fish and chips are great, the burgers are legit, and the flatbread is magic.

Service was really bad. Server dropped some of our food on the floor, never said a thing. Brought 2 dishes (out of ten) never said anything, about 15 minutes later more Food came, and finally all the food came. Food was below Applebees standard.

Pleasant relaxed atmosphere with plenty of screens to watch sports games. Delicious food at standard 2023 pricing currently served hot and fresh. Service will just be dependent on the server you receive. There are great attentive servers you'll see running about and then others that obviously don't care about the patrons. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit to this establishment, and it would have been great if I'd had a better server today.

Good experience at the ale house. 7 of us went on a buddy Saturday night. Got the chicken sandwich and was pretty happy with it. Burger was good, zingers were good too. Glad we went and I'll go back sometime. Service was pretty good too, considering how busy they were.
