Moe's Southwest Grill

They were rude the man grilling was obviously in a bad mood I was waiting for my food and he asked what I was waiting for I read off my receipt what I ordered he was clearly annoyed. He did not wrap my food also they only grilled one side of my food. the chicken in the was barely cooked I ended up throwing it out because it was disgusting. Never going back

I go to a lot of Moe's. This one is maybe the best. Great service and very quick too.

This is fast food texmex type food, with a fresh twist. It's not somewhere you'd go for atmosphere or ambiance. I love the fresh ingredients. You can go mild to spicy depending on your taste and portions are generous. Their tortilla chips that come with every order are consistently fresh and tasty. All in all it's fresher food and less salt and fat than most other fat food and better and less expensive than their main competitor. I've not had a bad order there so I'll keep going back.

My wife and I visited Moe’s around 8:38 PM, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The entire staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming—there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, just a cold interaction. The team member who took our order showed no effort to be personable or provide even basic customer service.

While we understand this may be a broader issue and not reflective of the true culture of this location, it was enough to leave a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

Catering order reviewWe had catering for a high school graduate open house. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The line to eat was never empty. The food quality was just as great as in the restaurant and the equipment they give you to keep it warm with all the serving spoons is absolutely perfect. This is turn key catering. You don’t need to do a thing. The guy brings it all in and sets everything up, gives you instructions on what to do with the burners and then asks you if you have any questions or concerns and if you need anything. Brilliant service!!! They give you a ton of food. We ordered for 150. Probably had only a hundred come through. Ate about half the food. The only thing we ran out of was grilled chicken. I wish we had ordered drinks. It would have been so nice to have you handle all of that too.

They are very consistent they have changed a couple of things, but the food remains the same. Everything is fresh. Everything is real. So no complaints the customer service was okay the atmosphere is more so family oriented it can be a lunch Vibe as well if it's around that time.

Havnt been to a Moe's in a couple of years and had never been to this one before. I had Been wanting to go again and there isn't one where I reside now so this was a treat. The food is always wholesome and great and that's what lured me back there again.Only thing different this time was that they didn't say, "welcome to Moe's" when I entered? That was always a trade mark of theirs, not sure if they even do that or not anymore, but it was rememorable and stood out.
