Moe's Southwest Grill

My wife and I visited Moe’s around 8:38 PM, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The entire staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming—there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, just a cold interaction. The team member who took our order showed no effort to be personable or provide even basic customer service.

While we understand this may be a broader issue and not reflective of the true culture of this location, it was enough to leave a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

Catering order reviewWe had catering for a high school graduate open house. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The line to eat was never empty. The food quality was just as great as in the restaurant and the equipment they give you to keep it warm with all the serving spoons is absolutely perfect. This is turn key catering. You don’t need to do a thing. The guy brings it all in and sets everything up, gives you instructions on what to do with the burners and then asks you if you have any questions or concerns and if you need anything. Brilliant service!!! They give you a ton of food. We ordered for 150. Probably had only a hundred come through. Ate about half the food. The only thing we ran out of was grilled chicken. I wish we had ordered drinks. It would have been so nice to have you handle all of that too.

Excellent food. Went there of the National Burrito day and got the free burrito bowl. Pretty decent service and located at a convenient location

They are very consistent they have changed a couple of things, but the food remains the same. Everything is fresh. Everything is real. So no complaints the customer service was okay the atmosphere is more so family oriented it can be a lunch Vibe as well if it's around that time.

Havnt been to a Moe's in a couple of years and had never been to this one before. I had Been wanting to go again and there isn't one where I reside now so this was a treat. The food is always wholesome and great and that's what lured me back there again.Only thing different this time was that they didn't say, "welcome to Moe's" when I entered? That was always a trade mark of theirs, not sure if they even do that or not anymore, but it was rememorable and stood out.

Very quiet, i was there 30 minutes and never heard 1 staff member actually say Welcome to Moe's. Which I thought they said it every time someone walked in. Several people came in and nothing was said. Did not seem like a friendly place..I will stick with Blue Coast Burrito. It has been a while so I thought I would give it another go. And it was not worth my $15.00.

Everyone in the store looked high! As my home wrecker burrito was being made, I was asked if I wanted Queso. I said sure! He said it would cost a bit more, and I said fine, figuring about 50 cents. I was shocked when I got to the register and found that I had paid more than three dollars for a spoon full of queso....what a rip off.... I'll never go back.
