Alfredo, the owner was awesome! He came to our table to chat while our food was being prepared. He even slipped in a free hamburger! We had met his son a few weeks earlier and was bragging about the fine job he was doing at the other Mooyah’s location in Brentwood. His son recommended that we check out his father’s restaurant in Franklin. This is a tremendous father-son team. They each complemented the other about the quality of service they give in their restaurants. Obviously, father has trained his son well. That was the most delicious hamburger we have ever eaten. We love Mooyah’s and were very sad when the franchise in Gallatin closed. We used to take our children and grandchildren there. It was always delicious food and friendly employees. Alfredo asked us if we would be interested in owning our own franchise. We politely declined, because we are very busy on our farm. We are hoping that some day soon our local Mooyah’s will return for business.
Not 1 negative thing to say about our experience here. It was our 1st time here and it was absolutely delicious. It was a comfortable atmosphere, good prices, and quality food! Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

On July 25th, a little after 1:00, I ordered a Turkey Burger, which I’ve had several times before at this Mooyah’s and other Mooyah's. The fries were great. But the turkey burger tasted rancid. I took it to the counter and explained to Allison, who had taken my order, the turkey burger tasted like the oil it was cooked in was old, or the burger was old. I asked if I could get another type of burger instead. She didn’t seem to know what to do. Apparently she hadn’t been trained in how to deal with this. She went in the kitchen area and I saw her talking to a cook and a young man for several minutes. who was apparently the Manager on Duty. Allison came back and took my order for my replacement burger and didn’t charge me. So I was pleased with the results. I returned to my table. However, about 5 minutes later the M.O.D. came to our table with our order number place card and said “you need to go to the register and pay for your burger”. I didn’t understand what he was saying first and said, “what? He repeated it and them walked away. I was totally surprised, but went to the register and politely paid for the replacement burger, which with tax was over $10. I went back and waited over 10 minutes. There were very few, if any other orders in front of me since it wasn’t busy. I then just walked out. No sense in telling the staff there, since they all hadn’t been properly trained to start with. Needless to say, that was the last time I’ll be going to any Mooyah’s.

Just moved to the area and tried this place out. Burger was good enough. The fries that weee actually fries were pretty good, but more than half of my fries were not edible…they were fry “confetti”.
This is not the fries you eat, but the stuff you grow more fries in.
Super disappointed, not sure I’ll be back if this is what they consider an order of fries.

Definitely our favorite burger. Always fresh, friendly and clean. Fries are also just awesome - my favorite is the lettuce wrapped, perfect for those of us who are gluten-free.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns and lettuce wrapped - and not just a random leaf of lettuce but crisp fresh lettuce!

For a fast food atmosphere this place was mighty good. Lots of health options too! Sweet potato fries are 5 stars.

They make a good hamburger at a good price. We are regular customers at this restaurant. If there is a manager in this place, we have never seen him. They can easily get your order wrong and then not care in the least bit that it is wrong. But I acknowledge that it is hard to get good workers for slightly over minimum wage. But overall a pretty good product. Simply ratchet down your expectations and you will do fine, and do not tip until after you get your order
