Pizza ok. But service and management were horrible. Went on Friday night and pretty full. Only 2 servers. They walked by us many times. Waited 20 min and then had to go up to the counter 2 order food and drinks. Was like we were an invisible table. First time we encountered a server was when they brought our food out. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Obviously staffing and management problems.

I love Nashville Pizza Co and worked at the grassland location 15 yrs ago. We always order from NPC when we get pizza and are always happy with the food. That wasn’t the case today. I order for pizzas to be picked up an hour later (specified twice during my phone order) when I got home it was clear that the pizzas had been cooked immediately at sat in the box for nearly 45 minutes. It was a floppy mess and at over $100 for 4 pizzas that unacceptable. I’ll continue to be a customer of NPC but I’m not sure if this location will get my business again.

Ordered delivery thru GrubHub last night. No pizza after 2.5 hours. Cancelled order went to McDonalds since it was so late. Never order from here again. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Restaurant hours are posted open until 8:00 p.m. We went in today at 6:54 and were informed that the Restaurant was not taking any orders because they were closing early. There was no sign on the door when we entered the restaurant.We were also told the restaurant had ran out of cheese.Very poor Communication and service.

This place is great and everyone is so friendly. We had such a nice server and the food came out quickly. When I went it wasn’t very busy and there were maybe 2 other parties there. I will definitely be getting pizza here more often!

Our group of 6 people recently started coming to this location weekly due to trivia night. One pizza oven has been inoperable for over 6 months so the wait for a pizza is very long. However, the pizza is very good & hot when it arrives to the table. Even though there are many young servers, they rarely come around. We can’t even get our ticket to pay. We have to walk up to the bar for refills, tab, etc. This is the only restaurant we’ve ever been to where they don’t give you a spatula/utensils for the pizza nor any plates nor forks to eat with. The restaurant needs a remodel. All tables and chairs wobble. Sadly, the manager constantly changes the trivia prize money each week also. We had 12 teams playing last night (the place was packed; no empty tables) and the manager knocked off $5 for each prize level. Sometimes the manager only allows a 1st & 2nd place at reduced winnings even when it’s packed and at least 10 teams are planning. Very inconsistent.

Use to be so good. Was my favorite. However the last 6 months it has been worse every time we go. Pizza is no longer good and the service...geez. can not get anyone to pay attention to u once they take your order. They do repeatedly check on the daily drinkers that are there everytime I go in. Maybe they should just make it a bar and stop trying with the food. So disappointed they are running it in to the ground. It was so good once.

We drive from Murfreeboro to go here for pizza cause their pizza is the best. Brought our family visiting from California they loved. They made it a point that when they come to visit to go to Nashville pizza.
