This used to be one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I don’t know how it declined so precipitously, but I’ve ordered several of my past staples and they are just not good anymore! The beef & broccoli was bland; the Mongolian Beef was in some thick syrupy majority hoisin sauce that was extremely sweet and unappetizing. I can only say the egg rolls have remained the same quality. I think I’ve had my last disappointing meal here. I’m so sad because I don’t know another place near me that has good Chinese. I guess there aren’t any in Cool Springs anymore.

Spur of the moment stop for lunch. Nice building adjacent to Publix with a rather unfinished looking, mundane interior....suited more for pick up. However, there are a few tables inside...and a restroom located a few steps through the "ordering wall." NOTE: We thought we ordered for eating in-sitio...but the food was handed to us in a large paper bag. So we simply took it home like all the other customers we observed. Food was average....mild flavors of traditional Chinese-American dishes. (Check the menu - looks virtually identical to so several other Chinese restaurants in this area. Nothing exceptional and nothing bursting with flavor. Heat levels were mild to medium hot/spicy. Value for $ was very reasonable.

You can dine in But no plates, only plastic spoons & forks. I ate on the menu, food took 15 min and was dismal. No tea just bottle water in a case. Sad :(

If a little dive Chinese place like this has bad egg rolls just walk out the door. The first time I try any Strip Mall Chinese restaurant I only order the Egg Roll. This place has killer Egg Rolls so I gave them another shot. I love their Lunch specials for the price and the great egg drop soup. I've not had a bad meal here yet. I suggest you go. Its no NY takeout but it is some of the best in Franklin.

This is more of a take out rather than eat in restaurant, but the food is fresh and delicious and the orders are always correct. We love it.

This is in my opinion the best "fast food" type Chinese food in the area. Anytime i crave Chinese food this is my one and only choice!

Food tastes good but used to be addictively better. One of very few Chinese takeouts around this area, so it's still my preference. For these reasons, I recommend.

While the food is good, the workers are very unfriendly. The older lady has is always rude and barely responds when you ask her something. They treat you like you are a burden.

Takeout is highly recommended. Wow - super fresh, deliciously prepared and hot. The king pao chicken and Fried rice hit the spot.

This is the best Chinese American food in the area. Best egg rolls in middle Tennessee. Best spot.

Fast food Chinese is my weakness. Growing up, a close family friend of mine owned a Chinese restaurant that I worked at. It was my absolute favorite place for fast food Chinese. I compare them all to my family friend's place. I don't like that I'm so picky. But New China has great eggrolls, potstickers, and fried rice. Most of the time I don't order egg rolls, but today I was craving them, it's seasoned well and I can tell their oil they fry them in isn't old which I really really appreciate. This place is a small tucked inside a plaza next to a grocery store, has a few tables, but it's mostly carry out. Their dining space and kitchen look very clean. Great spot, will be back soon!

THE FOOD IS AWFUL!THE PERSON AT THE REGISTER WAS NOT APPRECIATIVE, I HAD TO SAY THANK YOU WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HER!!!TO TOP IT OFF, I DID NOT GET A FORTUNE COOKIE WITH MY ORDER!!!WILL NEVER ORDER FOR THEM, EVER!!!

Delicious and consistent good quality food! Family owned and operated. The Kung Pao Chicken or Shrimp and Hot and Spicy Chicken/Shrimp are great! Best part is the protein in those two and some more dishes like Lo Mein etc. is not fried unlike many other local Chinese places. Protein to vegetable ratio is also very good.
