This was my worst experience at any eating establishment in my life. Stay far, far away!

The servers at Nori Japan were extraordinarily rude in several different ways, including--but not limited to--name calling. Yes, from fully grown adults. If I had spoken to clients or customers at my current or any previous jobs even half as rudely as they yelled at me, I would have been fired on the spot. Neither I nor my family will ever eat at this food court again.

I got chicken teriyaki, half noodles half rice. I loveeee teriyaki. Unfortunately it missed the mark. Wasn’t terrible just the teriyaki sauce was missing something. The veggies were great!

Had to send back two orders to exchange since they tasted bad. SERVER was not happy, and then our rainbow rolls tasted super fishy. I mean, what do I expect for Mall food, but we did spend 70 bucks and why I gave the service a two-star is because the guy that was helping us did not have a great attitude . Do you think if you're spending 70 bucks at the mall on food, the guy would be nice and smile, but that's not what happened. I did warn the kids that we shouldn't eat in the mall, but ultimately, I should have said no.

Nasty and the vegetables taste scorched. Chicken don’t taste real. I’m not sure how they’re still in business Decrnt presentation, horrible taste.

The man making sushi was so rude to me and my family. Food was very fishy. Not very nice experience. Will never eat here again.

Lacked flavor. Wouldn't get it again.

Sushi had no flavor. Shrimp tempura was cold. Philly roll had no flavor. Wasabi didn't even have a burn to it. Won't be back.

Years back then this location used to be Sarku Japan and later changed to another brand and later to Nori Japan. Their main dish is what you typically get as it's Americanized chicken teriyaki, although previously owned brands like Sarku does keep their taste better but the current store, Nori Japan, doesn't make to the level of good tasting. Their teriyaki sauce is too sweet. Also they put margarine to the chicken which is not a healthy way to add flavor. I don't know people would notice their blood sugar will spike up eating here but be cautious about the sweetness here. Diabetes alert for people who doesn't watch blood suger levels.

I got baddddd food poisoning. The beef and chicken with veggies and rice was moderately tasty, and the service was fine, but the food left me with major sickness. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone.

Chicken Teriyaki is very bland and gyoza has a raunchy texture. #mallfood #getwhatyouget
