O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My family and I enjoy Nerdy Talk Trivia at this locations on Thursdays. Jason is the host and he does a good job. The employees are friendly and nice. Alexis is normally our server and she does a great job. The food is good and it’s a very chill and fun environment. They extend happy hour to include the trivia time which is very nice of them.

Seating was fast and our server was pretty quick and kind! The rolls they bring out for free are okay, nothing standout but just enough to be vaguely satisfying. We got two appetizers: the Chips and Queso and the Potato Skins.
The chips and queso were actually pretty dang good and we chowed down on it so much I nearly didn't finish my meal 😂. The potato skins are better than expected and I personally believe them to be better than most other restaurants I've had. Even with a full stomach, it still tasted great! I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Pasta with Chicken and I don't know many other ways I could have been happier with it. Seasoning was solid, the sauce was smooth and a good, yet mellow flavor, it had peppers and onions in it and they were delectable with it all together or just on the penne noodles. It may be my favorite Cajun chicken pasta equivalent I've personally ever had. However, my girlfriend ordered the 6oz Top Sirloin with Fries and the steak (while grilled which did add a decent base flavor) had next to no seasoning other than the grilled flavor that comes with it anywhere. That seems to be the only negative aspect I can point out. Sirloin needs more flavor in general. All together, I'm pretty happy with it! It was a great experience, the host Savannah greeted me promptly with the very lovely manager Tiffany , my server Dawn was VERY attentive. I didn’t have an empty glass, and my food came to me pretty quick. Overall it was a great experience experience, no complaints five stars all day.

Yes my first trip there I got 2 combo appetizers and I couldn't eat any of it because they cooked the chicken tenders and the potato skins way to long they were burnt and hard. So I called and talked to the manager Tiffany and she took care of the situation. She was kind and considerate really polite. She told me that the next time I came to Franklin to stop in and get redos and I did everything was perfect and delicious 😋 . Thank you Tiffany for being so nice and considerate!!

It’s been years since I’ve been there. The food is ok service takes too long and they were understaffed and not able to deliver what was promised. Atmosphere is not bad but still feels outdated.

Drove all the way to this O'charleys from Hartselle Alabama just so I could have the Louisiana Sirloin. It's my favorite steak in the world and this location did not disappoint. My steak was cooked to perfection! I will definitely be back in the future as all O'charleys in Alabama have shut down! Looking forward to my next visit soon!

Can't rate anything was unable to eat there. Ask if our dog could come in and they said yes so we parked and went in sat down and asked to leave by manager. Not dog friendly! Pass.
