I visited the Franklin, TN O’Charley’s for the very first time, as I was really looking forward to trying their potato skins. I was never able to try the potato skins, because after waiting a while for service at the bar, I began to notice that patrons who had came in after me at the bar were being waited on. I left. Will not be patronizing restaurants who have unethical and discriminatory practices.

Ok . Im super impressed with this O,Charles first ... a shout out the the bar tender Miranda!!!! She was perfect fun and sweet. Perfect service. And Shannon prepared the best ribs I've ever had. And I mean the best I've ever tasted... ever!!!! The steak was so tender. Again the best stake I've ever been served at an O,Charley and I've been eating here for 25 years. Wow!!!!! This place is a must eat. Great management.
