This restaurant is absolutely awful. Food was horrible, this restaurant has not been kept up, absolutely filthy right down to the silverware! I don’t even wanna mention the restrooms which were disgusting! Definitely not eating here ever again. I remember a time when O’Charleys was decent, but now I understand why they’re closing a lot of locations in Middle Tennessee! Don’t waste your time eating here you will only be disappointed!

Ordered a family carry out meal this time and it was prepared perfect and was delicious. I have eaten inside several times this was my first time for carryout.

Waitress recommendation was pretty good. Honey chicken broccoli something. The yams 🍠 with it tasted mixed with potatoes. My friend and I didn't get any rolls 😞

We were really looking forward to having lunch at the Franklin TN O'Charley's. Unfortnately, we left very disappointed. We both had the southern fried chicken salad and ice tea. Hardly any ice in the glasses of the very weak ice tea. The salads were overwhelming iceberg lettuce. The rolls were overcooked. The last time we ate at the Smyran location (which is no longer open) the food and ice tea were very good.

I went inside to pick up a to go order. I wasn't greeted upon eye contact. The hostess was very rude. I asked her for my To go order, and she pointed to the order for me to get from behind the counter. My previous experience with a different hostess was a much better experience. The place looked like it was closed permanently. They will be with staff like that!

The employees at this restaurant make you feel welcome. They appreciate our families business and go above and beyond. We ❤️ the employees here! We are definitely ‘frequent fliers’. Andree, Anna, Trevor, Michelle, Skylar to name a few are Phenomenal!!

The food is below average, and the location is convenient but not clean and also below average. I would recommend going to Ponchos in the plaza next door and not wasting your money here. If you're looking for cheap basic food with little to no cooking skills and bad taste, this is the place.
