I loved eating at Oscar’s taco shop but the extreme downside is instead of packaging their to go items in recyclable/environmentally friendly materials Oscar’s continues to use styrofoam which is nothing but toxic to the earth and releases toxins into the food that comes into contact with the styrofoam. Yes, they will package the food in recyclable/biodegradable materials but you have to ask them to! Shocks me that’s still an issue!’Way to be considerate and show customers you care about the environmental footprint Oscar’s leaves for customers and their children to deal with!

Tried the chicken fajita and the chips after paying for the wrong order that was placed, everything undercooked and veggies were crunchy. Weird flavor, no spices like white plain chicken ?Only thing is good is the sweet tea.Change/train the staff or shut it down

Delivery driver review:Any restaurant that forces the driver to make drinks gets an automatic one-star review. Drivers don't get paid to do this (even though most of us just go along with it not to cause trouble) and it's very unfriendly to make them do it. If you want delivery drivers to make or prepare stuff for you, then YOU SHOULD PAY THEM TO DO IT. But ultimately the drinks, as well as anything else in the order, are the restaurant's responsibility.

This has been my favorite Mexican spot in Franklin for years. There has been a recent change in staff and the girl working up front is just horrible. They’ve made mistakes on my order several times and she just hangs up when I called to have it fixed. She has hung up otherwise when I call to check on the status of an order. Hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a great mom and pop shop.
