Tried the chicken fajita and the chips after paying for the wrong order that was placed, everything undercooked and veggies were crunchy. Weird flavor, no spices like white plain chicken ?Only thing is good is the sweet tea.Change/train the staff or shut it down

Delivery driver review:Any restaurant that forces the driver to make drinks gets an automatic one-star review. Drivers don't get paid to do this (even though most of us just go along with it not to cause trouble) and it's very unfriendly to make them do it. If you want delivery drivers to make or prepare stuff for you, then YOU SHOULD PAY THEM TO DO IT. But ultimately the drinks, as well as anything else in the order, are the restaurant's responsibility.

This has been my favorite Mexican spot in Franklin for years. There has been a recent change in staff and the girl working up front is just horrible. They’ve made mistakes on my order several times and she just hangs up when I called to have it fixed. She has hung up otherwise when I call to check on the status of an order. Hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a great mom and pop shop.

Terrible carne asada burrito, like surprisingly so. Hard to screw up a burrito but the meat was hard and chewy, with gristle. Very little taste, no cheese, had to drown it with hot sauce.

Tried to place order for pick up - continually reached - the wireless customer you called is not available. What a joke, Ordered from La Hacienda - ready 10 to 15 minutes. Oscar's must be so busy they dont need any more business - no online ordering and no answering the phone - go somewhere else.

Nice staff, great food. Dining options are either inside, outside, or take out. Fountain and bottle drinks available. Clean location with plenty of parking available, either in front of the shops or side street parking or parking lot behind shop is available. The shredded beef tacos is one of my favorites. Taco rolls, rice, and beans are another great option. Honestly, every time I go here, the food is great. You can't go wrong with this place!
