Our early Sunday dinner, from food preparation perspective, was disappointing. I ordered Pad Thai - beef with extra beef. The beef overly cooked, extremely tough and very little extra beef for an additional $6. My wife had Pad Thai - shrimp. The shrimp was over cooked which made the shrimp tough and chewy.

We were happy with our appetizer - egg roll and crab wonton.

Good but not as good as the West End location. Waiter charged for everything extra even the wonton crackers for our soup. Ridiculous. I would rather drive farther and get better food and service

To go order was not made as requested (easy on the sauce). The gal ringing up the order seemed flustered. I guess she gave up and just hit “send” because the kitchen drowned the entree in sauce and the order slip had no comment about my request.

Two entrees for $45 plus tip. To-go portions are smaller than dine-in so they can fit into the containers. Just not worth it anymore.

Very good Gluten-free options which is an allergy issue not choice for Gluten-free meals.

Love PF Changs. Go there every year for my birthday with family. It’s always great but I’ve noticed a change recently. Portion sizes have reduced - especially on the lettuce wraps. Lettuce wraps are one of my family’s favorites but now there’s barely enough lettuce served for each of us to have one. They no longer serve the lettuce wedge - just a few pieces of loose lettuce.

Teriyaki chicken was flavorful but really sweet, way too sweet. Singapore Street Noodles had adequate shrimp and chicken with a moderately spicy taste. The noodles were mushy. Both dishes would benefit from additional vegetables.

The table they sat us at was lopsided and our glasses almost fell off. They sat us at another table but should definitely fix/replace that table. The food was unseasoned and had no flavor, you’d find better flavored food at a cheap hole in the wall Chinese spot. The alcoholic drinks tasted as if there was little to no alcohol in them. Paid $30 for two drinks, Japanese old fashioned and the sangria. The dynamite shrimp tasted just like battered fried shrimp with the sauce on it, no seasoning at all. The kung pao chicken was slightly better but really only because of the flavor from the red chilis they put with the sauce. For the price I paid, I expect better quality food. Seems like we’re paying for the restaurant to look nice. The service was top notch, no complaints there but I’d rather have excellent food with bad service than great service with mediocre food.

Service was fantastic. The atmosphere is always nice. Food looks great. This particular dish (teriyaki) was too sweet and I couldn’t eat much of it.
