I am giving the "service" a poor rating but it's not the typical "server" service. I had made reservations and I was on my way there and called to confirm it. The person who answered said they were closed today due to a pipe burst. I asked him why he did not call the folks on the reservation list to let them know and he said, "I don't know, I am sorry". Poor communication. We ended up going to a fabulous restaurant about 1.5 miles away.

Despite having a reservation, when we walked in, we were told they were just now seating those with reservations from over an hour prior to ours. This has happened before at this location. They obviously failed to prioritize those with reservations and cannot manage high volume evenings well.

There were people all milling about in front as we pulled in which is usually not a good sign. Christmas Eve crowd I suppose. We had reservations for 3 at 7pm and were told little when we checked in other than they would call when our table was ready. No “hey we are really backed up and appreciate your patience”, no communication on time, nothing. Fast forward 40 minutes after the reservation, I went back up after I saw a party of same being seated. They had a 7:15 reservation as I spoke the lady who had gone up several times. They were seated before us! That was enough, the manager on duty came over after my conversation with FOH. He apologized and said they would make it right. Talked about some things to make up for the experience. Seated finally 45 minutes after our confirmed time. Server and food was fine. You think the mgr would come over at some point and check in and maybe even make sure something was comped after we had our meal and his “make it right speech”, right? Nothing.... Paid my bill when the check came and left a nice gratuity for the server, (not her fault and she's working Xmas Eve) but the overall experience was really negative. I'm sure I'm not the only one this night.

Enjoyable visit to PF Changs. It was nice to see the restaurant fairly full. Food was very good. Our waiter was very enthusiastic.

We went to celebrate our Anniversary lunch & really disappointed with the food and service at this location. We got all the food with in 15 minutes which is good if you think but we haven't even started our appetizers by the time we got our main course served and the main course quality was not good feels like left over from the night. We ordered a bottle of wine and few appetizers but we got main course served in 5 minutes after we got appetizers. I'll at least not visiting this place again and not recommend to my friends.

My server Luke was so attentive. He recommended the honey seared chicken which was amazing, as I always get the lettuce wraps. My drinks never went empty. We will definitely be back.
