I showed up here and forgot my wallet. No problem have my wife put in a pick up order. I let them know before the order arrived and the name. When they wrapped my order I showed them the order number uber eats gave us and they said the orders numbers dont match. Keep in mind my wife has a very unique name. So I spent 20 mins here showing them screen shots of every page of the uber eats order and the share link to the uber eats page. Contacted uber eats customer service and showed them the screens of that interaction as well. Finally I said to the lady look I told you the order and the name before it came in and she gave me the order at this point uber customer service was calling them. I told them hey they are calling you. She gave me my order and by the time I got to the car uber had canceled the order. So I went back in and gave them the order back and the lady tells me its okay sir you can keep it. I said no thanks. Ironic that they made me sit there for 30 mins showing them everything then when the order was canceled they wanted me to keep the food. Zero common sense won't go to this store ever again.

SERVICE- 4/5 It was deep lunch time, had to wait 3-5 min while they made new veggies. They were happy to help though. The whole staff did great.

One of the workers Christina I think is her name, is quite rude. She is completely expressionless when I was ordering and would make faces towards my family when they were trying to order. She wasn’t kind and welcoming at all just glared at us like she wanted us to leave. I’m upset with the service.

The food is good, but I'm just as disappointed as I was years ago the second time. The service was terrible, especially the girl named Cristina, with very poor customer service. My worst $100 I've spent on food.
We discovered Panda Express a few months ago and have gone for dinner several times. The food is very good, generous portions, affordable, and the staff keep the place very clean. Thanks to all the staff who are doing a fantastic job - my family are now Panda Express regulars!

Everytime I go to Franklin to my doctors, I try to stop here for lunch. It’s always fresh & by far the best Panda Express I’ve had. The lemonades are just an added bonus 😊
