Horrible experience Friday March 29 at around 530. Customer service was the worse. Young gentleman talking bad about customers, food was horribly cooked. Apparently the normal chef and manager was not in and it showed. We tried to take that into consideration however uncalled for laughing because customers asked to wait for fresh food was unacceptable.

The food was fresh and hot and very good. The service was a little slow, they were very busy and no one was cleaning the tables between guests.
Food is always great here but one bad apple can ruin the bunch. Speaking from 17 yrs of restaurant management you have a whole team hustling yet the cashier is moving at a snails pace. The food was hot and fresh. It doesn't seem to have MSG in it because it doesn't put you in the bathroom immediately after eating it.
Ordered delivery, only part of the order was sent. Called the store and told the manager. Manager offered a store credit. I declined and let him know I’d be taking a refund for the missing food. The manager got rude and started acting creepy and repeating back what I said and asking how they are supposed to give me money back. It seemed weird and creepy, so literally asked if he was getting smart with me, and then he just hung up the phone. I have no recourse but to do a charge back on Monday unless I receive a call directly from the principle owner laying out how they are course-correcting their store and providing an appropriate refund.

I’m writing this at 2:09 a.m. I should be asleep. But I’m not because I keep having to run to the bathroom because I ate dinner here. Employees were friendly though, so they get an extra star.
The bathrooms were not working so the dining area was closed. It wasn’t the fault of the employees but it was still a pour experience. The sud standard food was on the employees. The fried rice didn’t have much flavor and the crab rangoon was cold and also flavorless. I believe this will be our last visit to Panda.
