We live walking distance to this Panera. I will not go here again if the bathrooms and the floors are as filthy as they were this morning. Our ciabatta breakfast sandwich tasted weird also.

The food is fine, I mean, it’s Panera, but I would have enjoyed my meal a lot more if the two guys working behind the pick-up area weren’t loudly joking about Tennesseans mispronouncing words and calling local people rednecks. You work in a restaurant in Tennessee, so these kinds of comments are probably better as inside thoughts, or at least held where all of your customers can’t clearly hear you. You chose to move and work here presumably, we didn’t force you to.

Me and my coworkers placed mobile orders here on Sunday. I arrived at exactly pick up time and our food was already waiting. an employee ( I didn’t catch her name but had blonde hair and dressed nice) saw that I was picking up multiple bags and offered me a large bag to carry our food back, which was very kind and much appreciated. I got back to work and our food was correct. Not to mention it was so good, especially that chicken noodle soup! This is a great location!

I found a hair in my salad a month ago and stayed away after that. I tried them again this week and spit out the bagel I got. It was sour, and upon further investigation, had mold on it. Stay away from this location.

I was welcomed immediately by Daniel and he helped me and my friend find exactly what was fitting to our likes! He was super kind and patient with us and in the end we both got something amazing! Also he helped us find the bathroom, highly recommended! 10/10 service from Danial
Daniel is such a great server! He helped me navigate the menu and help me decide what I should order, let’s just say my sandwich did not disappoint!!

A lady had a hyper dog in the restaurant it was licking the counter tops and jumping at people. The employees didn’t say anything thing. Germs everywhere….

Nice, the drink program is great. If you sign up you get regular discounts that more than pay for the program. Food is always fresh and yummy... if you don't like it the will fix it or replace it.

This particular Panera still has friendly staff people taking orders and a warm, welcoming dining room with carpet. All Paneras should go back to this highly successful formula and avoid the cold white dining area with machine ordering.
