Very rude service. Girl at cash register snapped at me for asking coffee cup and never gave it to me. Just ignored me after she raised her voice. I am glad I was not beaten up.

I visited at 4:45 pm on 11/1 and the place is relatively empty. We ordered from the Kiosk and went to pick up are cups at the counter and the girl told us she would get them for us and proceeded to wait on a customer that walked in the door whilewe were standing there. She was really abrasive with her tone. Another employee told us we would have to get them pick up window with quit a bit of attitude. We waited patiently at the window and she finally came back to the window and proceeded to do other things like we were not there. She finally got to giving our drink cups and gave to wrong ones even though there was only 1 order on the screen. My wife asked for the correct cup and she gave the correct one with an unfriended look on her face. I said thank you and proceeded to take our order to the table. The place was extremely dirty with stuff on the floor and tables. I wiped off our table and we ate and left as quick as possible. I would not recommend this location. It is low class in a high class area.

The team at Panera in Cool Springs is incredible! They are so friendly and go out of their way to make every experience enjoyable. Anastasia and Patrick stand out as they are so kind and helpful! The food is great but the people/team who work there and their service is even better.

I recently got food from here. I order three mediterranean veggie sandwiches with no onions and it came with so much onions when I specifically said no onions. Also there were barely any veggies in any of the sandwiches. I would like a refund back. I want the manager to contact me.
