The entire place is absolutely filthy. Although it has a large dining room, this location has no plugs anywhere to plug a laptop in to sit and work at this location. The food was made well, though.

The place is dirty and the ice coffee and regular hot coffee is inedible. I like the coffee at some paneras but this location is disgusting. The ice coffee taste like cleaning fluid. The outside is gross a health hazard

It was a takeout order, and the baguette was missing for every soup item. The funny part is that someone had checked off every item on the order. We called and received an, “I apologize for the inconvenience—you can get the baguette next time.” Sadly, there won’t be a next time for us at this location.
It's a nice-looking store, but getting a 1/4 of a baguette? Not just that, but directly into the brown bag that you carry the food in mind you. No wrapping, no paper sleeve, and not even a neat corner piece. It looks like they broke it from the ends and gave me the broken center, LOL. I'm not angry, I'm just insulted because I tipped 😅 It's just an odd thing to do. Maybe it wasn't intentional, though I can't see how you do that... and with my experience, I assume the worst. I wish I had checked at the store. I didn't even notice cause I just grabbed the salad and ate a little in the dark in my car, and then I pulled off to head back to my hotel.
The front counter was nice, but I ordered online, so that's really not what the score is for. The salad itself was still fine, a half chicken caesar, although surprisingly pricey for the size.

The computer ordering takes forever. 5 people and our drimk orders were in 3 different places. Weird. Food was average, but the prices were very high. Not worth the price. I won't be back

Waited almost 10 minutes just for a lemonade! That is ridiculous. I’m a sip club member and frequent Panera quite a bit. I’ve never waited for a drink anywhere close to that long. You shouldn’t have to wait behind food orders for a simple drink order. And then they called my name….wrong size 🤬 Try again! C’mon Panera, you are better than that, just do better!

A bowl of soup alone cost $8, I bought two bowls of soup that cost me around $17 and this is what the soup looked like when I pulled it out of the bag. HALF full. For the price, this is absolutely crazy 😭
