Placed an order at 10:40p.m. on 11-19-2025. They didnt deliver, and worse they didn't inform me of any cancelation on their part until 12:10a.m. So now it's really to late to do something else. Sucks going to bed hungry! Idk what happened tonight. They are usually good 😕

Took less than 10 minutes for carry-out order to be ready and it was hot and fresh; the guys in there were super chill

Ready fast and meal was tasty. The garlic sauce changed and I prefer the original however it didn’t ruin our lunch . I definately reccimend the stuffed crust!

Had to reheat pizza when it arrived. Cheese pizza barely had cheese on it. Several pieces were just dough. No sauce or cheese.

Walked in at 10pm. The young man working was very nice, and had my pizza made quick. Hit the spot! Thank You!

The food was fine beside the wings it was a mistake before but i decided to give it one last chance but it did not use that chance when my food was delivered the pizzas were fine but I ordered for a 8 chicken wing and when I was about to open my wings it was slightly open and it looked like it was opened and when I counted how many wings there was there was only 6

Warning Long Review: I absolutely HATE leaving negative reviews but Brad Williams who is the manager at the 1010 Murfreesboro Road in Franklin, TN location is very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! After waiting a hour and 15 minutes I called to inform management that my pizza delivered was cold and we would like a store credit if possible or a refund. He offered to remake the order but my family and I were no longer wanting the pizza so he agreed that I could come to the store for a refund since I paid cash for delivery just to call back to say “bring the pizza!” I agreed to bringing the pizza but stated my 7 year old did eat a slice of one of the pizzas(we ordered 2) but I would be happy to bring his half eaten slice back because it was cold and we had to microwave it only for him to respond sarcastically laughing saying he would no longer give me a refund nor would he remake my order since my son ate “a half of slice” of the pizza! I WAS a faithfully customer who never complained about the hour wait or wrong pizza delivered because all businesses have bad days but to be talked to in a disgusting manner and treated so poorly I will never order from this location again! He happily insisted I call corporate and provided me with “the correct spelling” of his name to give them which seems as if there’s no consequences for his actions because he could have easily fixed the issue by providing a store credit of some sort for the inconvenience which is ALL I requested before resulting in leaving a negative review!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas, received 1. When I called about my $40 pizzas, they said I either ordered 1 or the other delivery driver could have taken it. They then failed to have a manager call me back, so I had to follow up again with them. They said they were real busy, so my pizza would take an additional 45 minutes. These folks are horrible in providing good customer service. They should have sent the 2nd pizza free and refunded my money. Our group has agreed to avoid Papa John's for the next 6 months.

Ordered some pizza and wings through the website. Gotta a great deal and it was ready within minutes. Took it home and even one topping pizza tasted delicious. Great work!
