Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas, received 1. When I called about my $40 pizzas, they said I either ordered 1 or the other delivery driver could have taken it. They then failed to have a manager call me back, so I had to follow up again with them. They said they were real busy, so my pizza would take an additional 45 minutes. These folks are horrible in providing good customer service. They should have sent the 2nd pizza free and refunded my money. Our group has agreed to avoid Papa John's for the next 6 months.

I moved here from another city and got a pizza, (guess it was considered a thin crust) and breadsticks. The breadsticks were Inconsistent sizes! One was short and 1/3 the diameter of the next one! My guests all thought the pizza was from a grocery store , you know the thin crust pizzas you got for $4.99 you don't really like, but hey it's cheap, yea that kind! The bottom of my piece was kinda burnt. Probably the second worst pizza I ate in my life. First and last time I go here. Forgot one of my dip sauces in the box, I paid extra for BTW. No need to reply PJ, I'm not going back! BTW, Wished I taken a picture of the stuff before we ate it! Wished I read reviews before getting from here, that's on me! The majority of the breadsticks were okay, so you got 2 stars!

When I called in I guess it goes to a call center. I spent 20 minutes trying to place an order and now an hour later called 3 separate locations and no one has my order.

Not that I think they care about reviews, but I’m done with this place. I’ll be ordering from the cool springs location from now on and seeing how they do. I order extra cheese every single time, never happens. I’ve tried ordering thin crust to even out the crust to cheese ratio, doesn’t work. I order it on only half the pizza so they can’t say that “oh we spread it out so that’s why”. You shouldn’t see the naked pizza dough with regular cheese. You definitely shouldn’t with extra cheese. They’ve just wasted food and money each time because if they don’t read it and get it right, we ask them to remake it. I asked the kid checking me out what we can do to solve this problem and he didn’t have anything to say other than the toppings take the spot of the cheese…what?! So tired it.

Papa Johns has fallen off big time. They used to have good pizza but now they don't. The pizza is always under cooked, too much cheese, etc. The past 3 orders have been terrible and I know other people who say the same thing. It's a shame because they are a big company and their pizza used to be great.

Tonight's pizza was just pretty sad. The crust was good as usual, but hardly anything else was even evident... very little sauce, cheese, or toppings. It was the worse Papa John's pizza I have ever had. It had no flavor at all. We had to add our usual red pepper, parmesan and then SALT to even make it taste close to pizza. It was just a pathetic excuse. The only reason they got 2 stars was the crust. We usually don't get it from this location, and admittedly it's been a while since we have had a Papa John's pizza from here. Maybe it was an off night but if not it needs to up it's game in a real way.

I couldn’t figure out how to fix that on the app because that wasn’t the feedback I gave at all, but I wanted to come on and say our food was great and our delivery man (I think his name was Jonathan) was also great and very nice!
