I've been to this location 3 times now. The first time it was really good last year. The next 2 times have been terrible, including last week meal with my family. Everything about our food wasn't good I wasted $60. There were chuncks of wet flour fried on my chicken that were as hard as nuts! Terrible will never return again. It's not a place for dining. It's just a drinking bar. You would have to be drunk to enjoy their food! Clean your fryer grease once in a while, so your chicken comes out better as well. There our a lot better options around for the money. Don't waste your money here, especially if you like real hot chicken, not the wanna be, I tried version of "Hot Chicken." This place could be a lot better if your employees in the back took pride in their cooking & the product they serve. Ultimately, it's a direct reflection of the manager on duty that day. If he doesn't care, no one else will either. Services was awsome though & she was the hostess also.

Been to this location a few times and would recommend. Lots of space. Service is provided immediately. Staff is prompt. They have great specials on drinks depending on the day. We always get the chicken liver as an appetizer. Had a friend try it and said it was too dry I gladly finished them! The piggy chips were disappointing. They had no flavor and cold. The wings were great everyone enjoyed it. The half bird was good. I had the ghost peppers hot flavor and boy was it hot! They even added a whole habanero on the top of the chicken. Only complaint is there was no flavor aside from hot oil. The chicken was oily and the bread at the bottom could not absorb all the oil. It was hot and I love hot food so I would order it again. The burger was good so were the tenders. Apart from the food lots of beer selection on tap. Lots of tv’s for sports and entertainment. Bar seating is available so is outside. The outside is covered with heating and tv’s. They have a Sunday brunch special Bloody Mary that I can’t wait to try. This Bloody Mary looks absolutely fantastic and crazy. Frankly can't believe I haven't reviewed this Party Fowl before! Located in Cool Springs Mall parking lot, it has tons of parking and easy access. Like other locations, it's a spot for HOT chicken and they have a great beer selection, always a good combo. Restaurant decor is fine, plenty of choices: tables, booths, even outside if it's nice. Staff is really good here. Plenty of attention and they keep your drinks refilled as you battle the Heat of the chicken. Party Fowl prides itself on the heat level. That means, it's best to try before assuming you can tackle the big levels on your first visit. My go to is the Chicken Tenders (3 is plenty as they are pretty good sized here), Mild (which is plenty and on some nights can really be high, I guess depending on whose in the kitchen), Chipotle Ranch Dipping(a lit extra zip) and their own house made Piggy Fries. They consistently cook great chicken, never over done or tough. I like that they don't "hide" a poorly cooked product behind the heat. Chicken comes with a couple of pickles and bread as it the custom. Note to newcomers - Get the Piggy Fries! These are made in house and are always great. Crispy, crunchy, great compliment to meal. Last night they were pretty heavy handed on the salt, a comment I made after finishing every last one so it didn't slow me down much..... They host events here, Trivia Night is very fun and gets a good crowd but anytime is a fine time to visit Party Fowl!~
