Perenn surpassed my expectations. Charming vibe, friendly and attentive service, flavors on point. I recommend the kale salad with locally raised rotisserie chicken! The crunchy chickpea garnish put it over the top! Delighted to go home with a bag full of bakery delicacies to share with the fam. What a fantastic addition Perenn is to Franklin fare.

This place brings immense joy! It is so nice to have a new place in town that just gets it. Absolutely delicious food, cutest atmosphere, and consistent great service (we are there multiple times a week) We come here for coffee dates, lunches with friends, or birthdays. Cinnamon rolls are insanely addictive!

Being from Chicago, the 'food scene' is what I miss most, so I am thrilled to see a restaurant who excels in all aspects of the food service industry.  From the moment the Franklin location opened, our taste buds were forever changed! Truly, the croissant cinnamon roll is in the top 3  'best bites Ive ever had'. The lemon ricotta pancakes are a close second, tied with the soft scramble in a croissant. Salivating just typing this!

In addition to the food, the attention to detail and customer service are what elevates every experience we have had there. The owners CARE. Ive seen them restocking gum, washing dishes and assembling boxes. They support small-- their tables were made by a 2 person local furniture company, the little vases on the table, by a local gal. Do they need to have flowers for sale? No, but just another way to support a fellow local business. The passion behind what they do truly shows in every interaction. One of the owners took the time to tell me all about how they source their butter and how they mill their own flour. Details like this should not be lost on the consumer.

Which is why I was SHOCKED to see anything less than a 5 star review for Perenn. The 'overpriced' criticism is what always gets me. I certainly can't afford a Lamborghini, but does that make it overpriced? Not necessarily, its just OUT of my price range. Other folks complaining about parking. PARKING! Something that is certainly not an indication of a restaurants commitment to superior ingredients and a delightful dining experience.

I can't imagine opening a restaurant (let alone any business) in the age of social media. Having potential customers dream up a preconceived experience about your restaurant because they saw a 20 second reel on Instagram, only to enter the restaurant looking for a way to burst their own bubble with 'disappointment', and then head to their computer to tell the entire internet the croissant wasnt the perfect temperature and no one should ever consider dining at that establishment.

One of the reasons we moved to Franklin is because of the 'small town' feel. Folks are SO friendly, helpful and genuine. Which is why it made me so sad to read some of these negative reviews that completely dismissed the camaraderie that I so love about TN. Do yall realize that a family uprooted their lives from the other side of the country to come here and fulfill their dreams?! We need to be applauding them! I get that every single dining experience for every single person can't be a 10/10. But, maybe shoot them a DM, or an email with some constructive feedback. Im so proud to live here, but was so ashamed reading some of the outlandish criticisms of this business. Lets encourage the small businesses that open in our community and support the people who own and operate them.

Probably the best brunch I’ve had recently. Even though it was a Monday morning, I still had to wait about 30 minutes, and the sun was quite strong while waiting outside — but the clean and lovely surroundings made it enjoyable. I ordered the Turkish eggs, a BLT, and an iced cold brew coffee, and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely planning to come back with a friend!

This place is 1000 out of 1000!!! The Lemon Ricotta pancakes are the most incredible, decadent, and fluffy treat you can ever taste. The blueberry compote is an added bonus. The Crispy Brunch Potatoes were so delicious as was the Avocado toast. Just beware the toast has a significant bite. It was such a delightful dining experience. Be sure to make a reservation as the walk up lines were long. You want to have a table waiting on you. Enjoy! Thank you Perenn Bakery! We’ll be back.

The food was absolutely delicious and the croissants very flaky. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The food is fantastic, and the coffee is my favorite in Franklin, but it's so loud, and breakfast is chaos Friday through Sunday. Reservations are a must. And watch out for the parking attendant. Our party received two tickets that morning for $36 each. It's overall chaos. Get there early and get out in time.

Leaving five stars because a new restaurant deserves support, not self-appointed food royalty complaining about parking and dry toast. Some things are best private between a manager and a customer — or just go somewhere else. Rating systems are a failure to humanity.

Croissant is lacking the quality for the price point.

Visited Perenn for the first time for a brunch date with a friend, and everything was perfect. I had the Salmon Nicoise with a cloud matcha. The salmon was cooked to perfection, so tender it literally melted in my mouth, paired with crisp greens, creamy potatoes, and a light, fresh dressing. My friend’s Turkish eggs with cappuccino were just as amazing.

The service was warm, the atmosphere cozy, and we ended on a blueberry danish that was perfectly sweet without being too much. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

SO. Good. The avocado toast was delicious, the matcha was yummy, and all of the pastries were yummy! Parking isn’t the greatest, but the business itself is good!

COME FOR THE LOOKS NOT THE FOOD and definitely not the service. This place is great.. if you are in your twenties looking for a cute spot for pictures. The bakery items are decent but the actual meals could use some seasoning also, they literally run out of basic menu items. Disappointing overall for food, not worth a reservation since they will still sit you late. Our server was pretty rude definitely rushed us from the moment we sat down. It made everything uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want some overpriced bland food, stale baked goods, rude servers, and cute pics.

My wife and I had brunch here this past weekend and loved it. She had the Turkish eggs and I went with the blueberry pancakes; both were excellent! We sat outside on the riverside patio, and the weather couldn’t have been better. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also grabbed a pastry to go, which we enjoyed later. Great experience all around!

As European I was very happy to found European product very delicious and not very sweet! Eveything was amazing except the matcha taste like milk, and we sat outside and they don’t have fan! I recommend it, the food was wow
