Food was amazing. Bartender was great. Hostess was so incredibly rude and screamed in my face to move our seat while we were finishing our meal at the bar. I have never experienced anything like it! She should NOT be interacting with the public. We will never go back!

Definately do not recommend.

The music by Mark Collie Friday night 9/19 was horrible He talked for 40 minutes and then sang five songs. And they had signs on the table that said “quiet please” and were told we couldn’t talk during the show. A waste of time. Very disappointed.

If you’re ever in the Nashville area, this place is a must. Great live music with good food and service. What else do you need? I took my family of 5 (kids ages 11-16) and we had a blast. Make sure you get tickets in advance though, because you prolly aren’t getting in otherwise. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic Tennessee experience!

Wow! What an amazing night. We're in town visiting friends and they got us a table for the Fox & Locke open mic night that takes place on Thursdays. It was almost 3 hours of nonstop performances by up and coming musicians with a few old timers thrown in.

There's a full bar and table service. I got the quinoa burger which was actually very tasty. The service was very friendly and our drinks were kept fresh all night.

But the real magic is getting so see the next generation of super stars on the rise. 18 acts packed into a 3 hour time slot. Each performer played two songs and it was incredible what a well oiled machine the stage production is.

Whoever is running the sound board deserves an award! Each act ranged from a single artist on guitar to piano to a full band with three guitars, a bass, and drums plus 4 mics. Every artist sounded crisp and clear, which is impressive when you only have a 2-3 minute transition time between performers.

Highlights of the night were Ollee Owens' cover of Etta James and The Bandana Brothers' standing ovation. I don't know if it's always like this, but it felt pretty magical that artists were just dropping into each others' sets with zero rehearsal and, even when they were obviously messing up, it sounded incredible and you could tell they were having a lot of fun.

All the artists hang around in the back so my advice is to say hi and give a compliment on your way to or from the bathroom.

I will never understand why this place was so busy - presumably it’s because there aren’t many local alternatives. The pulled pork was dry and didn’t have much flavor. They forgot my beans and the fries were overdone. I don’t recommend it

We were visiting the area to see family and go to a concert in Nashville. We went to F&L for lunch. The live music was spot on! They were a lovely band covering lots of 90s country which is one of my favorite genres to see covered live. The cocktails were delicious with lots of options for bourbon. My partner had the fried bologna sandwich and he convinced me to share a Mississippi mud pie! It was totally worth it. Chocolate and bourbon for lunch with a side of country! Very fun atmosphere in a cute walkable area. We will definitely go back when we are in town again!

We only popped in for some ice cream as we were traveling all day and needed a stop. What better place than the quant & historic little country town of Leipers Fork with the Fox & Locke restaurant and bar right in the middle. Live music was being performed by four guitarist and singers with different and unique personally written songs as well as established country songs. The place was packed and everyone was enjoying a relaxing reprieve from the bright sunshine and traveling on a Labor Day weekend. The ice cream did the trick for us and we continued to explore the rest of country lifestyle surroundings.
