Red Lobster

Reservations were at 7:30pm and we weren't seated until 8:40pm apart from that the server was polite.

Very good, but we had a reservation at 7 and didn't get seated until 8:30. That was my only complaint!

They ran 2 hours behind. We finally left. The poor check-in hostess was overwhelmed, but remained calm and polite. The lobby was full, and there was standing room only. The kitchen was behind and blocked service for 40 minutes. We finally left. We've had this same experience there once before, but took a chance on trying again. Quite a few people left or said they would never come back, or both. They are obviously under staffed.

It was a terrible experience. We had a 6:00 reservation. we were contacted the day before to be sure not to be more than 10 minutes late or we would be moved to the wait list. We arrived at 5:40 and at at 6:50 we were still way down on the list to be called. They quit seating people as the kitchen could keep up with the demand. We left.

Wait for food was long but understandable considering it was Valentine's Day and packed Food was very good

We were seated right away and waited 25 minutes to PLACE our order. It was not crowded, just extremely slow service. The entire meal from sitting down to leaving was 1hour and 45 minutes and we were late to our movie we planned to see after dinner. Reconsider if you are not on the mood to wait.

Came in last Tuesday, our server was horrible I think his name was Harry, didn't even want to take another table in the first place as well as only saw him 4 times out of the whole service waited 30 minutes for our food only to be over cooked or tasted old
Will never go back there again, it's a shame because me and my husband loved red lobster but not anymore. Very disappointed as well this was on my birthday. The only food that was good was the Cheddar bay biscuits

Went in today and the wait was 15 minutes with only 10 cars outside. Another family come in after us and they were trying to seat them fist. We got sat down and it took a good 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. Then waited 45 minutes and no drink refills and food still hadn’t come out, it was two of us and only 4 other tables were seated with people coming in after us getting their food.

Food deal especially spend less shrimp was fantastic. Bread ok this round but always better than elsewhere right? Server Amy was sweet and helpful

Heja gave us the absolute best service !! I’m sure she didn’t know but I didn’t feel good I had a horrible migraine and just had a bad day but she made our entire experience amazing she was so attentive she made my mood so much better and she kept bragging on my family and kids. Whenever I’m close to this location I’ll forever request for heja !
