The lunch special is a great deal! The crunchy shrimp rolls are our favorites. The decor is really cute for dates and the staff is always happy and smiling. And they have boba! - Approval from a Japanese :)

Sakura used to be my go to for Chinese in Franklin but this place has gone downhill fast. Food was gross, my cream cheese ragoons were forgotten in my bag. I returned and asked for the rest of my order and they gave me burnt ones from someone elseâs bag. So sad to see such a good place go downhill.

I don't know how this place has such a high rating. The food was not good. The chicken was not even cooked enough, and when we told the waiter, he took the chicken in his hand and opened it with his hand. After that, we didn't even get a discount or a free appetizer. The noodles were not good either. The place is old and doesn't even look clean. The menus have hair inside. ?

My son and I love coming here for our mommy and son dates. The place is super cute, service is great, food sometimes take a lil long but that's why we order edamame (yum yum) the food is delicious. They had no issues letting my "new to exploring the seafood world" lil one modify a roll to his liking. Which he loved! We will always be loyal customers here. From start to finish, it's always a good experience, we highly recommend coming here.
My husband stopped here to get me pho since it was on the way home. I was so excited until I felt that the box with the noodles was warm. I opened it to see brown Thai basil, soggy bean sprouts, and noodles not associated with pho. I open the broth that has mushrooms in it (picture is how it came) and it smelled fishy. I took one sip and it was horrible. The sauces were also excluded. Very disappointed as it was just thrown away and our money was wasted.

Food has always been good and reasonably priced. The service however is atrocious. Despite a change in ownership, one of the servers has the most unfriendly, poor attitude that I am surprised she is still there. Also, if you like sake with your meal, no-go because they haven't had a liquor license in months. If we continue to support this business, it will be take-out only.

We used to go here almost once a week. One day we showed up and it was not the same. Different people working and things were just different. Food wasnât good. Service wasnât good. And no more wine/beer. Somehow ownership changed without knowing. We tried two more times and nothing has changed, still just as bad. Unfortunately we donât plan to go back and will look for alternative places.

I wouldâve given them five stars except the red curry tofu dish weâve got was super salty with limited curry flavor. Other than that the sushi roll was delicious. The house salad and miso soup were delicious as well. We will be going back and trying a different entrĂ©e.
