Born and raised in NY here. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get two slices to go. Definitely not NY style pizza service. Expensive too. Taste was just average.

DO NOT CONFUSE THIS ONE WITH SALS BRENTWOOD. sals Brentwood has great food and dessert. I just accidentally ordered delivery from sals Franklin instead, and it was completely different. We got the chicken parm subs and there was a comically small amount of chicken inside, 80% of the sandwich was bread, and there is no seasoning. I will never make the mistake of switching these two up again.

Met Bob the owner . Had an order for extra sauce no onions well done supreme pie and it came out just as I asked . Moved from Ny this past year and I wouldn’t get pizza from anywhere else but here. Keep up the amazing ingredients and hospitality!

Delicious food! We ordered pizza, ravioli, mozerella sticks, and bread. Everyone loved what they ordered!! There are plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your food with family. Excellent staff. My family is already talking about coming back. :)

We had medium thin crust with everything on Sunday evening. Service and food was great and it wasn't crowded. Plenty of TVs with sports playing.Parking: Parking a little hard to find.

Need to cook the pizza longer. The toppings were not cold, but definitely not hot, and the crust was chewy, which a thin crust should never be.Dave Portnoy would have crushed you guys.

Won’t be back. Tonight was the final straw for inconsistent food and sub-par service.We’ve been going at least once a month for years. The food is a “4 / 5” most times, but we’ve had plenty of “2 / 5”. The service ranges 0 - 3, but it seems worse lately. We kept going to “support local” despite inconsistency and them starting to charge extra for credit cards.Tonight they informed us that the only size pizza for dine-in is 14” (we usually get an 18” for the family). They claim because an 18” pizza fell on a kid they only do 14” pizza for dine-in. So now we have to get two 14” pizzas (28” of pizza surface area seems to be more of a risk than 18”, but I’m no physicist). After taking our order, which also included two slices, he came back and said they don’t do slices for dinner anymore either. They had multiple individual slices in the case when we walked in.They had a couple opportunities to address concerns tonight, but the manager decided to come out of the back after we paid for drinks and garlic knots“Pizza fell on a kid” and “we don’t sell slices at dinner anymore” sounds like they’re trying to jam up the $ per guest. Good luck with that.
