Good service the guy was cool
We love Sbarro’s! They have amazing pizza and pasta. When I went to pick up dinner for my family tonight, one of the employees helped me carry it all out to my car because I had a stroller, many bags, and am 20 weeks pregnant. They went above and beyond, can’t recommend this place enough!
The pizza took a little long only for the toppings to slide off the bread. Just go to Chick-fil-a, the wait ain't that bad.
Cashier didn’t want to mention any specials they had going on, when we noticed there was a special that included a drink the man who was making the pizzas said we could not get the deal any longer and would have to pay extra for the drink. He wasn’t very customer friendly in the way he handled the situation.

This was probably the worst “Italian” food I’ve ever had. The baked ziti tasted like vomit. I’m not sure how or why they would serve that. The pizzas on display looked underbaked and unappealing so that’s how I ended up with the ziti. I’ve never returned food until today. I can see why Sbarros across the country are folding. They used to be decent in the past, not so much anymore. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Tomato and cucumber salad is 95 percent tomato and barely a trace of anything else including vinegar. Spaghetti is watery, zitti is bland. A restaurant that found the bottom 10 worst recipes in the world and really stuck to it! Hadn't been back there in 20 years. Nostalgic! I'll try again in 20.

I just patiently waited about 10 minutes in line for a slice of pizza for my daughter. When I got to the register, a white family cut the line directly in front of me. I explained to the manager that I had been waiting longer, his response was “oh well we are busy” he then proceeded to help the white family who had just arrived at the line. Long story short, bad customer service.

If you have allergies, stay away. My son is allergic to beef, so we asked for the very simple and reasonable accommodation of using a clean set of tongs to pick up the slice of cheese pizza for him. The dude working just wiped the tongs with a napkin as if that was sufficient. If they’re this flippant about a known allergy, I can’t imagine they take food safety seriously in any capacity.
Dietary restrictions: Do not eat here if you have medical dietary restrictions such as allergies. They do not take it seriously.

Worst Ziti I have ever had. It was tough and hard to chew and had no flavor. I spit out my second bite and threw the meal in the trash.
