The food was fresh and tasted amazing. The atmosphere at this location was much better than other Shake Shacks in our area. Also, the customer service was amazing, especially Ethan. He was very attentive and helpful with an amazing attitude. You could tell the employees were happy and dedicated to doing a great job. They represented Shake Shack well.

Justin, seemingly a manager or person working the expo area, let me know that normally shake shack does not accommodate a request for making a tea “half sweet”. I simply asked if he could make my tea half sweet, half unsweetened. He did this for me but strangely made the point that it is not something they offer and he was making an exception and there was a “reason” it wasn’t in the ordering system. I apologized and asked if there was a price difference, he said that there wasn’t a price difference. I am not sure what the big deal was. I was polite and thankful. This was really off putting for such a seemingly small request. I will not be coming back. It was embarrassing and felt rude. He made me feel as if I was asking for something crazy.

Shake shack is hype. The burger was good and the fries were good. Burger fries and drink$23. You must order from kiosk when you enter then your number or name will be called. I guess this the new norm in customer service
Burgers are really good, but the shakes are average. Kinda disappointing considering shake is in the name. Chocolate shake tastes like Chocolate ice cream. Nothing special.

I went to Shake Shack with my daughter for dinner. You order at a kiosk and take a table number and they deliver to your table. The atmosphere is similar to Culver's or a Wendy's but in a more industrial feeling building - lots of metal and wood. The service consisted of a lady bringing our food to our table and asking if we needed anything, so there's not much to comment on there. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was fresh. The burger was tasty, the fries were fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The shakes were on par with McDonald's shakes - but were only 8 ounces. The prices though were the shocker. Nearly 8 dollars for a basic shack burger, nearly 4 dollars for fries, and 6 dollar (you read that right) for 8 ounce shakes. To be clear, this was a nice meal but you'd get similar at Culvers or Wendys for about half to two thirds the price and I would have enjoyed the meal much more at that price point. Shake Shack, as others have noted, seems overpriced. There's very little service involved so you can't argue it's that, and the food isn't that much better than the competition so it just feels like greed. There are many restaurants that are as good that will cost you much less. I'd recommend you go to one of those instead.
