I try to always be truthful and always lean toward the establishment and the staff. But in this case there was no staff. We called in an order for pickup and it was ready on time but there was no service person. No person at intake and no person to ask questions. Now granted there were kiosks to input your order. But the finished orders were just basically put up there in a will call area and so you had to handle and pick through everybody's bag to find your own. Pitiful. The food was as advertised but unremarkable. First time last time.

You order on an iPad with no one in front of you and they ask you for a tip. If you go to the counter to ask someone for sauce or anything they treat you like the biggest inconvenience ever. The food is way over hyped and overpriced. If you want good smash burgers go across the street to Mooyahs, it’s better food and you’ll spend about 1/2 as much.
Love it here! Maybe a bit too much!🤣 but the burgers are outstanding and the custard shakes are my weakness!

I never leave google reviews, but the staff here went above and beyond. They messed up a burger on our order and when we told them they were extremely easy to deal with. They not only re made the burger but also gave us fries and fried pickles to try. The food was very good and everything was very clean. But the staff was definitely the highlight of this experience. I wanted to leave a review to highlight their service.

Ordered to go. Waited till the time said to go pick up the food. Went in and waited extra 10 mins. We asked where it was and had no idea. We looked and apparently someone got our food went though it and put it next to the door. We ask to get it remade since someone else touched it and they told us that we aren't supposed to pick up our food from the front door? Someone took our food there and we had to fight them to just get the food remade. They just kept trying to fight about the food. Never going to return.
