I never leave google reviews, but the staff here went above and beyond. They messed up a burger on our order and when we told them they were extremely easy to deal with. They not only re made the burger but also gave us fries and fried pickles to try. The food was very good and everything was very clean. But the staff was definitely the highlight of this experience. I wanted to leave a review to highlight their service.

Food was mid. Chicken was overcooked. Super busy, hard to find a table. Service was actually amazing. Lady with glasses bringing out food was awesome, friendly, and got a refill quick.

I hate to throw steak & shake under the bus, but... This is a good alternative rising from it's ashes. Their decline had left a vacuum in the fast casual worth dining in for. These Burgers fit nicely above the traditional big corporate 3 slop, and below the most expensive options. I wasn't really impressed with the chocolate shake but the root beer float hit the spot. Looking forward to trying other options on the menu.
