Worst Thai I’ve had
Food was ok and lacked flavor. They were also out of an appetizer sampler. Only one person working the front , any only one other guest eating. Even then they were more worried about playing a game on thier phone vs serving

All around sad experience. Bland food is akin to blasphemy in Thai cuisine

Not sure what happened to this place. Perhaps I'm going on the wrong days or at the wrong times.
I'll start by saying this place was a staple for both business lunch meetings and for take-out for my family for years.
Recently I have been disappointed, on consecutive visits and consecutive family dinners.
Explanation of stars:
Atmosphere, I gave two because it was never really much to begin with but it seems quite blah now. They have a prominent table in the middle of the dining room for food delivery pickup.
Service: employees are always curious and pleasant.
Food: this is my biggest gripe. The food used to be flavorful, aromatic and had all the characteristics of Thai food. All recent experiences have fallen far short of these, what used to be expectations.
The Pad Thai was bland on multiple occasions. Seasoning was not even mixed in properly. I know the chicken is steamed and just added but there was no attempt to combine it so flavors could impart.
Additionally, I asked for Native Hot and I could make out a small amount of cut up red chili pepper but it wasn't spicy at all. My wife and daughter had mild spice on their meals and it tasted the same.
I used to recommend this place regularly to people looking for great Thai food. Unfortunately, this will no longer be the case.

This place started out great when they opened, but within a couple years, it went downhill. If you order delivery, it's 50/50 chance the order is correct. We've had two orders cancelled after it says they were picked up. They've cancel items we've ordered without notice— they just aren't in the bag, and when we check back after delivery, the items are crossed out.
On our last order, they canceled a salad, forgot the rice, and the Pad Cashew Dinner contained literally 6 cashew nuts.
If you choose this place, you'd better dine in so you can at least have them correct your order in person.

We got an Uber eats delivery so cannot rate the service or atmosphere. The pad se ew was the most bland food we’ve ever had. Inedible. The red curry was ordered mild and was extremely spicy. No creaminess to it. Just watery spice with a ton of green peppers. Horrible.

I've been a customer for years, always a go to place, but the quality has deteriorated. I keep giving them chances. I'm embarrassed for them. This order today, rice was mush, literally no beef (3 tiny pieces) and two pieces of green pepper. That was it. I can get better fried rice in the freezer section of the grocery. Kinda shocking. Prediction, out of business within the year. I won't be back.

Pad Si Ew is my favorite Thai dish and they knocked it out of the park! Also the edamame and Pad Thai were delicious as well. Nice little hole in the wall that I will definitely be going back to often.

Lunch Pad Thai was delicious but the portion was more like the kids menu. Noodles and chicken are cheap. Should serve a good portion especially since there isn’t soup with it. Siam, you can do better.

This had been my go to favorite for years- I'd order 3 times a week- but it has gone terribly down hill in recent months. Tonight the pho was like oily bathwater, this will be the last time I'll order. 😞

Pad Thai tasted like noodles with ketchup, and had nothing to do with the original taste of the dish. The second dish was mixed up in the order and instead of red curry, they served us some kind of soup with rice. I don't recommend this place.

I've been a loyal customer for the 7.5 years we've lived here. I always thought their Phoz lacked vegetables but tonight's takeout order puts it at a whole new level. The vegetables consisted of a couple pieces of lettuce (who puts lettuce in their pho?), some onion. No herbs like Thai basil. It was as if they didn't get a produce delivery. Broth was super salty! All I could taste was salt. Such a disappointment! I WILL NOT be back!

Stopped here today to try out the Pho combo during lunch. The Pho was delicious and the serving was very big. Service was fantastic, store was clean. Highly recommend!!😛
I am sooo disappointed. This used to be our go to place. We haven’t been in probably a year bc of circumstances but..
Portions are not just cut in half I would say it is 1/4 what it used to be. I get the Pho and it not only was much smaller but it was all noodles and no veggies. No jalapeños, no basil. Nothing but noodles and 1/2 the broth and the chicken it used to be. Tasted like chicken broth and noodles. On to the next entree. Pad ginger. Supposed to have 4 kinds of mushrooms. Not only were there not 4 kinds but only 2 total!
And it looked like a kids meal. We will not be back and are so sad. It’s ok to raise a price but never lower your portions and quality!
