I had taken a break from all fast food, but decided to start grabbing a drink as a treat.
This is the third time in just a week and a half that they have incorrectly made my drink. I thought maybe it was better honored through the ap, so it's clear what I'm ordering (one time they heard strawberry instead of cranberry, my mistake i didn't catch it on the screen).
But it hasn't helped.
Are they just too overwhemed? Is it a system issue? Is it lack of care? Is it bag management and employee training? Who knows, but it's super disappointing.

Never fails to disappoint. Ordered their popcorn chicken. COMPLETELY DRIED OUT AND OLD!! It seems to be the norm. Service was good.

I usually go here any chance I get just because I was going here since before high school. I took my wife to this establishment this afternoon, upset toddler in the backseat, and I got a cherry limeade which was mainly sprite and I ordered my wife a Diet Coke with lime and it was soda water. Not sure if you were aware your soda for Diet Coke needed to be refilled and when we tried to swap it no one responded to the call button so we left. Sub par experience when I have had nothing but great experiences before. We will probably not return.

I've never really had a bad experience at Sonic until now. I ordered a "double quarterpound cheeseburger" and got what was only slightly larger than a slider. Had I known it was going to be that small, I would have gotten two... maybe even three... to match even a single-pattied burger elsewhere. I also ordered a "large" fries. What I got was also on par with a kid's meal. They were also cold and tasted horrible. Is there some kind of running joke at this location? I will eat at another Sonic from now on, because management at this one is obviously MIA.TL;DR. The burger tasted great. There just wasn't enough of it. The fries were garbage. I paid for an adult serving and got the equivalent of a kid's meal.

We love Sonic to go. Our favorite pastime is to drop in for a milkshake and take it home and watch a movie or catch up on a series. Tonight our service was very speedy. Our neighborhood Sonic is always delightful and they always do a great job.
