the employees are great but how come we are in the richest county in tn and don’t have tap to pay and there is always a screen or 2 down. it seems like the owner should invest into his business a bit more in my opinion. could also use a monthly pressure wash but it’s not that bad at all

I had taken a break from all fast food, but decided to start grabbing a drink as a treat.
This is the third time in just a week and a half that they have incorrectly made my drink. I thought maybe it was better honored through the ap, so it's clear what I'm ordering (one time they heard strawberry instead of cranberry, my mistake i didn't catch it on the screen).
But it hasn't helped.
Are they just too overwhemed? Is it a system issue? Is it lack of care? Is it bag management and employee training? Who knows, but it's super disappointing.

Never fails to disappoint. Ordered their popcorn chicken. COMPLETELY DRIED OUT AND OLD!! It seems to be the norm. Service was good.
