Terrible service nasty people
Just had an employee named Abigail shout at me in front of the entire store. I was her UberEats driver and apparently she paid for some extra fast delivery. Weird how I’ve never heard of that after 2000+ deliveries. Must be new.
Regardless, I made it within the delivery window I was given and kept her food in a warming bag. She yelled at me about priority and freshness, and wouldn’t let me speak, demanding I remake the food that was still radiating heat. The delivery...read full review
This is the second time in a month, that I pulled in, pushed the big RED button, and waited for service. After a 10 minute wait, nothing, no acknowledgement, no nothing, and then the screen went back to push button for service. So I decided if they did not want my money someone else would and drove to Wendy's, as I am pulling out the car beside me ask if I had not gotten service, and they had the same thing happen to them.
